 CALL FOR PROJECT MODEL/PROPOSAL:

Innovative hands-on projects are invited from students of all colleges and
institutions for the 5th Science and Technology Exhibition cum competition
(STEX) on 27th September 2022, organized by IEEE Calcutta University
Student Branch in association with IEEE Photonics Society Kolkata Chapter.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Form a team (Maximum members: 4) Write your exhibit proposal in the

the day of the event i.e. 27th
September, 2022.
The best models will be awarded.

WE WILL NOT SUPPLY ANY EQUIPMENTS OTHER THAN FAVOURABLE SPOT FOR EXHIBIT
(ACCORDING TO YOUR PROJECT) AND WALL TO HANG POSTERS YOU PREPARE. OTHER
THAN THAT WE CAN PROVIDE AC WALL SOCKET IF REQUIRED. NOTHING ELSE CAN BE
PROMISED TO BE PROVIDED.

SAMPLE ABSTRACT GIVEN BELOW IS JUST A GUIDE. WE DONOT ASK YOU TO FOLLOW IT
RELIGIOUSLY. YOU CAN DEVIATE FROM THE STRUCTURE AS LONG AS YOU PROVIDE A TITLE,
TEAM MEMBERS NAME, A GOOD DESCRIPTION WITHIN 200 WORDS ALONGWITH DIAGRAMS TO
EXPLAIN THE PROJECT.
