Topic: The Financial Ecosystem: Disruptions and the Way Forward
Date: 10th and 11th March 2022
Mode: Online

(i) CONTENT WRITING

You are required to write a report on the The 6th Biennial International Conference.
Requirements [same for (ii), (iii) and (iv)]
Word Limit: 150-200 words
The file should be in a PDF document.
The document's name should be in the format 'YourName - Recruitment Task (Round 2)'
The report should should be well formatted with proper spacing and alignment

(ii) PUBLIC RELATIONS

The Seminar Committee is planning to collaborate with a well-known Keynote Speaker for
The 6th Biennial International Conference. Draft an email that you will send to them
inviting them to the event as a Keynote Speaker.

(iii) SPONSORSHIP

Assume you've been assigned a task in which the committee needs funds for it's flagship
Conference, and a stock/crypto trading platform is a potential sponsor. Prepare a pitch
assuming the interviewer is the Marketing Head of that platform. You will be evaluated
based on your ideation, creativity and convincing skills.

(iv) MARKETING
The Seminar Committee is conducting its The 6th Biennial International Conference. It will
comprise of speakers from different domains. Draft a marketing plan promoting the event by
using 3 mentioned strategies: 1) Social Media Posts 2) Email Marketing 3) WhatsApp
Marketing
(Be as creative as possible, you will be judged on the basis of feasibility and creativity.)

(v) Graphic Designing

You are required to design a poster considering the points mentioned below:
Requirements
Use canvas size that you find most apt.
Add 4 Guests related to the Topic of Convention.
Use PNG of College Logo sent on the group.
Use abstracts, gradients, vectors or anything that you feel will attract students as well as
professionals to register for our event.
Keep basic alignments and template the same i.e. placement of logos and social media
handles.
