TUESDAY

JUMPING ROPE

This Tuesday, before I’m going to school, I started my day by doing jumping rope.
It strengthens my calf muscles and reduces the risks of lower-leg injuries.

WEDNESDAY
RUNNING

Morning exercise avoid distraction the whole day. Running is a refreshing and sweating
exercise in the morning that anyone can practice at home. Enjoy the nature and run around in
our neighbor.

THURSDAY
PUSH UP

This morning of Thursday I do push up. This is one of the most simple exercise that anyone
can do at home.

FRIDAY
MOUNTAIN CLIMBER

As I started my day this morning I do mountain climber as my exercised. This is great for
building cardio endurance, core strength and agility.

SATURDAY
JUMPING JACKS

Its Saturday morning, jumping jacks is a great exercise so that I include to my exercise daily
routine. This exercise help me to pump up my heart rate and my blood flow.

SUNDAY
BALANCING TABLE POSE

Sunday is my 7th day of exercising. This day I started my day by balancing table pose to
brighten up my morning. This past days of exercising everyday put me in a better mood and
help me to boost my energy throughout the day.

MONDAY
STRETCHING

The first day of my daily exercise routine, I woke up early to started my exercised by
stretching my body. A exercise in the morning it help me to activate my brain and my body
and a good start to keep me moving throughout the day.
