WEEK 1
Activity 4: IT’S YOUR TURN

1. P1 = 50 Pa
P2 = 400 Pa
V1 = 100 mL
V2 = ???

P1V1 = P2V2

V2 = (50Pa)(100mL)
_______________
400 Pa

= 5,000/400 Pa
V2 = 12.5 mL

2. P1 = 800 mmHg
P2 = 200 mmHg
V1 = 380 mL
V2 = ???

P1V1 = P2V2

V2 = P1V1
V2 = (800 mmHg)(380mL)
200 mmHg
= 304,000/200 mmHg
V2 = 1,520 mL

Activty 6: SOLVING CHARLE’S LAW

1. T1 = 300K
T2 = 200k
V1 = 3L
V2 = ???

V1 = V2
T1 T2

V2 = T2V1

V2 = (200K)(3L)
300K

= 600/300K
V2 = 2
2. T1 = 91 + 273K = 364K
T2 = ???
V1 = 1.6L
V2 = 1.2L

V1 = V2
T1 T2

T2 = T1V2

T2 = (364K)(1.2L)
1.6L

= 436.8/1.6L

T2 = 273k

WEEK 4
The five conditions of chemical change: color change, formation of a
precipitate, formation of a gas, odor change, temperature change .

REFLECTION:

321 Challenge Your response…

What are the 3 things that I have - I’ve learned how to solve as of
learned: finding for properties of gases

- I’ve learned about classifications

of carbohydrates and their types

- learned how to calculate chemical

equations

What are the 2 things that I want to - I want to learn more about boyle’s
know more: law

- more on calculating
What is a thing that I enjoyed most: - Determining the right definitions
of every topic and their own
classifications
