PRACTICAL RESEARCH 1

LET US DISCOVER

1. The thesis statement prepares the reader for the rest of the essay. Usually at the end of the
introductory paragraph, the thesis transitions into the body paragraph, which gives evidence
and ideas to support the thesis. The thesis statement is significant since it informs the readers
about what they will be reading.
2. It demonstrates the uniqueness and importance of your study issue. Your study, in particular,
differs from that of other statisticians. It validates the methods you've presented.
3. Is there a problem/issue that the author has identified?
Is the problem/issue well defined, and is its importance (scope, severity, and relevance)
established?
Could the problem/issue have been tackled differently or more effectively?
4.
1.It should be broad enough to cover or offer adequate information about your issue.
It must highlight papers and models that support your issue.
3.It must be limited enough to exclude extraneous material from your investigation.
It must serve as a solid basis for your topic.

Review of Related Literature

1. In underdeveloped nations, almost 90% of births to girls aged 15-19 occur during early marriage,
where there is frequently an imbalance of power, no access to contraception, and pressure on
females to show their fertility.

2. Approximately 6% of Filipino females become pregnant while they are still in their adolescence.
That may appear to be a minor figure, but according to Save the Children's 2019 Global
Childhood Report, it is the second highest rate in Southeast Asia. According to the Philippine
Statistical Authority, an estimated 538 babies are delivered to Filipino young moms EVERY
SINGLE DAY in 2017.

3. These young girls are almost completely unprepared for motherhood and frequently have no
choice but to give up the baby they have just nurtured for nine months. The generation that is
growing up now requires unconditional love from family, but more importantly, they must be
introduced to the author of unconditional love, our Lord Jesus Christ.

2nd Variable

1. Early childbirth may result in poor health results and pose a danger to the country's economic
growth. Pregnant teenagers are less likely to finish higher education and have a lower potential to
earn more income over the course of their lives, resulting in economic losses to the government.

2. Pregnancy during adolescence is also connected with an increased risk of health issues such as
preeclampsia, anemia, developing STDs (sexually transmitted illnesses), early birth, postpartum
hemorrhage, and poor mental health outcomes. Teenage moms are more likely to endure violence
and sadness, which can raise the risk of mental problems.

3. Teens are more likely than average-age moms to suffer from pregnancy-related high blood pressure
(preeclampsia) and associated consequences. Premature delivery and low birth weight are two risks
for the newborn. Preeclampsia can potentially affect the kidneys and be deadly to either the mother
or the baby.

LET US DO

1. Conducting a literature study allows you to expand your expertise in your subject.
2. A literature review investigates books, academic papers, and any other materials related to a
certain subject, field of research, or theory, and gives a description, summary, and critical
assessment of these works in connection to the research problem being explored.
