AHU – COMMISSIONING MANUAL 3
2. Introduction
This commissioning manual provides the information needed to configure the Daikin Air Handling Unit
(AHU), both Modular and Professional models.
Please note that the following manual always refers to the latest official released software version of the
unit.
Refer to D-AHU operating manual for detailed information about control functions and how to operate on
AHU controller.
The following table shows all the items needed for AHU configuration and the sections where they are
described.
Menu item Section
Config unit type Display and configure AHU type and coils
(Section number 4)
Config components Display and configure installed components
(Section number 5)
Config functions Display and configure available functions
(Section number 6)
Config fan Display and configure AHU fans type and sensors.
(Section number 7)
IMPORTANT! The AHU configuration procedure must be executed following the “AHU
Configuration” menu item order (i.e. Config Unit Type -> Config Components -> Config functions ->
Config fan), because some menu items are strictly dependent on how the AHU has been
configured in previous sections.
AHU – COMMISSIONING MANUAL 6
NOTE! When the configuration in this page is finished, the menu item “Configuration” must be set
to “Done” and “Apply Changes!” must be executed so that the changes can take effect.
