Management Studies, is highly necessary to be given, as this glorious experience was only
possible under the parent like guidance of our department’s department and our coordinator Dr.

Vision articulation of Le Webexy

10 | P a g e
A dream articulation gives a solid method to partners, particularly representatives, to
comprehend the importance and motivation behind your business. Be that as it may, in contrast
to a statement of purpose – which portrays the who, what and why of your business – a dream
explanation depicts the ideal long-haul consequences of your organization's endeavors. For
instance, an early Microsoft vision explanation was "a PC on each work area and in each home."
"An organization vision proclamation uncovers, at the most significant levels, what an
association most desires to be and accomplish in the long haul," said Katie Trauth Taylor, CEO
of composing consultancy Untold Content. "It fills a fairly grand need – to tackle all the
organization's premonition into one effective explanation."

"The vision business explanation ought to be considered as a feature of your essential

arrangement," said Shockley. "It is an interior specialized instrument that adjusts and motivate
your group to arrive at the organization's objectives." A dream proclamation ought to be brief, no
longer than a sentence or two. As Falkowski says, you need your whole association to have the
option to rapidly rehash it and, all the more critically, get it. Be that as it may, a dream
explanation should be in excess of an appealing slogan. "It tends to be brilliant and important,
yet this is for your group and culture, not for selling a particular item," Falkowski said.

Here are some examples of vision of the companies

1. Amazon: “To be Earth’s most customer-centric company where customers can find and
discover anything they might want to buy online.”
2. Ben & Jerry’s: “Making the best ice cream in the nicest possible way.”
3. Caterpillar: “Our vision is a world in which all people’s basic needs – such as shelter,
clean water, sanitation, food and reliable power – are fulfilled in an environmentally
sustainable way, and a company that improves the quality of the environment and the
communities where we live and work.”
4. Google: “To provide access to the world’s information in one click.”
5. Habitat for Humanity: “A world where everyone has a decent place to live.”
6. Hilton Hotels & Resorts: “To fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.”
7. IKEA: “To create a better everyday life for the many people.”

14 | P a g e
Fig.2.1 Digital marketing setup

Digital Marketing is that the term used for targeted, measurable, and interactive marketing
of products or services that use digital technology  to succeed in viewers, make customers,
and maintain them. the foremost common sort of marketing involved businesses advertising
their products or services in print, radio and tv commercials, business cards, credit
boards, and lots of other similar ways where Internet or social networking
sites weren't used for advertising. Traditional marketing policies were limited by customer
reach and therefore the scope of driving customer behavior. Digital marketing meets
business marketing goals through various online channels.

It is a marketing feature that uses online and internet-based technologies  like desktop

computers, mobile phones and other digital media and platforms  to market products and
services. Digital marketing extends to non-Internet channels that provide digital
media, like television, mobile phones (SMS and MMS), callback, and mobile calls.
Extension of non-Internet channels separates digital marketing from online marketing.

The importance of digital marketing

In today's technologically advanced world, a rapidly growing new economy is
emerging. within the near future, it might not be surprising to ascertain that there are only
companies that exist within computer networks. Most business transactions  are going to
be done electronically, from the manufacturer to the customer, instead of the
acquisition. within the digital marketing environment, the buyer becomes a crucial player
in development. it's e-commerce that changes the way products and services are made,
manufactured, developed, priced, distributed and sold. There was a time when Television
was the foremost popular way for Marketer to market, spread awareness and produce tracks

15 | P a g e
on their products but now things has changed and digital media has taken its place. the
main reason for this alteration was:

 Traditional methods are expensive. Compared to digital marketing

channels, you'll find yourself spending thousands of dollars more.
 Traditional marketing channels did not provide immediate feedback and reports
about who saw or heard the ad, and took action. This data is collected long after  the
primary ad was created (and then, the stats are faraway from the precise numbers).
 Digital marketing, on the opposite hand, refers to marketing strategies that allow
organizations to ascertain how a campaign works in real time, like what
viewed, how often, for a way long, and other statistics like sales conversions.

3. Summary of quality management policy

Total Quality Management (TQM) may be a management approach supported the

idea that each one “employees still improve their ability to supply the products and
services required by their customers.” The concept of Total Quality Management  is
19 | P a g e
often derived directly from its name: The term “value”  means all employees in a
corporation, from development to production to fulfillment, are liable for improving
performance. And “management” emphasizes that this approach should be  an
attempt to specialise in. Leadership must provide funding, training, employment,
and clearly defined objectives for actively managing product and repair quality on
an ongoing basis.

Comprehensive quality management (TQM) may be a comprehensive organization’s

effort to include and make a sustainable climate as employees still improve their
ability to supply products and services demanded by customers with a
particular value. The theme emphasizes that departments additionally to
manufacturing (e.g., sales and marketing, accounting and finance, engineering and
construction) are committed to improving their performance; managers emphasize
that managers are liable for managing quality diligently through finances, training,
staff, and goal setting. While there's no widely accepted approach, TQM efforts
tend to seek out more internal control tools and methods. TQM enjoyed widespread
attention within the late 1980s and early 1990s before being covered by ISO 9000,
Lean production, and 6 Sigma.

Like most management methods and techniques, implementation and success will
vary counting on the company. Although no single method has been prescribed, the
quality definition of TQM includes the subsequent eight principles.

A. Customer focus

The first principle of Total Quality Management returns the main target to the people
that buy your product or service. Your customers determine the standard of your
product. If your product meets demand and lasts longer or longer than expected,
customers skills to spend their money on a top-quality product.
When you understand what your customer wants or needs, you've got a far
better chance of checking out the way to get the proper products, people, and
procedures in situ to satisfy expectations.

To implement this TQM rule:

Research and understand the requirements and expectations of your
customers.
 Align your organization's goals with customer needs.
 Communicate with customers, measure satisfaction, and use results  to seek
out ways to enhance processes.
 Manage customer relationships.
 Find the balance of satisfied customers and other interested parties (such as
owners, employees, suppliers and investors).
Benefits of customer focus include:
20 | P a g e

 Strong customer loyalty that results in business repeatability
 Increased potential customers are going to be ready to tell others about your
products and services

B. The quantity of commitment of employees

You cannot increase product, processes, or sales without the complete commitment of

all employees. they have to know the vision and therefore the intentions
that are conveyed. they ought to be adequately trained and given the
required resources to finish the tasks in order that they will plan to achieving goals on
time.

To implement this TQM rule:

 Communicate openly and accept the importance of individual contribution to

the finished product.
 Insist that every party or individual accepts ownership and provides them
responsibility and opportunity to resolve issues once they arise.
 Encourage employees to self-evaluate their performance against their own goals
and objectives, and make adjustments where needed to enhance workflow.
 Appreciate improved performance and improved performance to
create confidence in your staff and stakeholders.
 Clarify responsibilities, provide adequate training, and make sure that your
resources are used efficiently and effectively.
 Encourage people to stay trying to find opportunities to find out and enter other
roles to extend their knowledge, skills, and knowledge.

that appropriate steps are taken during a timely manner to make sure consistency and
speed up production.

define and define clear roles and responsibilities in order that everyone knows
who is doing it from time to time.
 Create a visible app so everyone can easily see the precise tasks that require to
be done to realize the specified result.
 Analyze and evaluate current activities to ascertain where they will be
improved or where process steps create problems.
 Evaluate the impact your processes and activities may  wear your customers,
suppliers and every one stakeholder.

The benefits of the method include:

 The cycles of rapid development and production, lower costs, and

better incomes
 More consistent and expected results
 Specialise in continuous improvement and continuity

D. Integrated system

Usually, a business has many various departments, each with its own specific

functions and objectives. These departments and functions should be linked to
shortcuts that ought to specialise in Total Quality Management. But sometimes these
departments and functions work on individual silos.
In an integrated system, everyone in each department must have  a
transparent understanding of policies, standards, objectives and processes. Integrated
systems help the company monitor continuous improvement to succeed in the top of
the competition.

To implement this TQM rule:

 Develop a piece culture that focuses on quality.

 Use flowcharts and other teaching aids to assist employees understand how
their work fits into the whole company.
 Use as-is process analysis to ascertain where progress are often made.

 specialise in quality which will help your business achieve excellence and meet

or exceed customer expectations

E. Strategic and systematic approach

The world organization for Standardization (ISO) defines this principle as:

"Identifying, understanding and managing related processes as a system contributes to
the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization in achieving its goals."
Many processes within a development or production cycle are treated as a process
in an attempt to maximize efficiency.

To implement this TQM rule:

 Provide your people with the required training and resources which will help them

complete their individual steps during this process.
 Still improve processes and products, and upgrade equipment where needed  to
realize goals.
 Making sustainable development a measurable goal for all employees.
 Discover, accept, and award new items and improve the method.

Benefits include:

 Ability to quickly identify, react, and proper process issues or deterioration

 Improved overall capacity and performance improvement

F. Continual improvement

Fully efficient and complete customer satisfaction doesn't happen overnight - your

business should still find ways to enhance processes and align your products and
services as customer must change. As mentioned earlier, a number of the great Quality

23 | P a g e
Management principles should help your business specialise in continuous
improvement.

Making informed decisions results in a far better understanding of your customers and
your market
.
To implement this TQM rule:

own knowledge and understanding.

Benefits include:

 Ability to form informed decisions

 Ability to research and defend past decisions by providing accurate records
 Ability to vary past decisions counting on data review

H. Communication
24 | P a g e
Everyone in your organization must realize the plans, strategies, and methods which
will be wont to achieve the goals. there's a high risk of failure if you are doing not
have an honest communication system.

To implement this TQM rule:

 Establish a proper communication system in order that all employees are conscious

of updates, policy changes, and new procedures.
 If possible, involve staff in decision-making.
 Confirm everyone altogether departments understand their responsibilities and the
way they interact with the remainder of the company.

procedures
 Higher motivation from employees to realize goals because they're a part of the
decision-making process

The successful implementation of those Total Quality Management concepts won't come

immediately. Because TQM tends to represent major cultural change,  you'll want to
use this alteration piecemeal to attenuate the impact.

Organizational structure of company

25 | P a g e
3.1 Definition

Organizational structure may be a system that describes how certain activities are

directed to realize the goals of a corporation. These functions may include rules, roles, and
responsibilities. Organizational structure also determines how information moves between
levels during a company. for instance, during a central structure, decisions be due top to
bottom, while within the lower stage, decision-making power is shared at different levels of
organization. Having an organizational structure in situ allows companies to stay efficient
and focused. They define a particular class of sovereignty within a corporation. an
efficient organizational structure defines the function of every function and the way it fits
within the whole program. Simply put, the organizational structure determines who does
that in order that the company can meet its goals. This structure provides the
company with a visible representation of how it's built and the way it can move forward in
achieving its goals. Organizational structures are often depicted  during a sort of chart or
pyramid-like diagram, during which the strongest members of the organization sit at the
highest, while the weakest ones are at rock bottom. A centralized structure has a defined
chain of command, while decentralized structures give almost every employee receiving a high
level of personal agency.

The organizational structure is centrally or allocated space. Traditionally, organizations are

made from intermediate leadership and a series of defined commands. The soldiers are a
corporation famous for its very central structure, with an extended and detailed monarchy
of commanders and subordinates. Business structure refers to the organization of  the
varied departments or business units during a company. counting on the goals of the
company and therefore the sector during which it operates, the structure of the business can
vary greatly between companies. Each department usually performs a special function
while working closely with another to realize the goals and values of the businesses.
Departments within the company include Human Resources, IT, Accounting and Finance,
Marketing, Research and Development (R&D), and Production. Some product-based or
project-based companies may differentiate business units by pertaining to one product or
project as a department. a corporation may be a social organization that's designed and
managed to realize shared goals. Since those organizations are open-ended programs that
are deeply suffering from the environment, they add it. Every organization has its own
general management structure that defines and manages the relationships between  the
varied employees, the functions they perform, and therefore the roles, responsibilities and
authority given to perform different functions. A well-organized organization achieves
effective interaction, because the structure defines formal communication channels, and
explains how different human actions are linked.

often the central management of any company that acts because the backbone of the
company like performing all administrative duties in accordance with or as stated by senior

3.4 Project Organization

Project organization may be a temporary set-up for specific projects. it's also called “the
organizational structure.” The project manager assigned to the project is that the head of
this structure.

Once the project is complete, you'll prefer to unpack this setup or move it to make a
replacement project. within the case of a replacement project, the project manager may
have to form changes to the staff to adapt to the new plan.  you'll hire resources or
professionals from different departments of operations.
29 | P a g e
As a project manager, you'll use shared resources until you've got finished and closed.
Whether or not you're 'responsible for all activities and therefore the completion of the
project during a timely manner. In other words, you ought to spend supported the project
budget.
The manager provides clearly defined tasks for every team member, also as an entire plan.
These sorts of organizations are useful if:

teams of eight person each for doing that assignment. Now that team makes the division of that
project into five more persons who make all the contents, coding and many more works possible.

Chapter 4
Work Experience from Internship

First, while performing at Le Webexy Pvt. Ltd. I’m just starting to realize the wide

selection of digital platforms and therefore the use of the web in promoting the web and
have given it a face ahead of the digital market and consumers. the foremost important
consideration is that the use of the web to survive in any business. Work experience at Le
Webexy Pvt. Ltd. provides a well-defined thanks to use the digital platform to market and
market any company or product. While performing at Le Webexy I even have developed
my leadership skills by overseeing a team of web designers. I find  the simplest team i will
be able to be working with at Le Webexy which ensures that each project gets the
simplest treatment or use of creative and innovative ideas.

Le Webexy makes the website look like most interesting because the use of every idea for
making any website and using different tools in making them. While making the website every
idea is taken into consideration and most of the ideas are implemented. Superiors make sure that
every Subordinate gets equal work to do, to make sure less burden on any single person.
Working in the Le Webexy makes me understand basic terms for web designing, web pages and
HTMLs etc. In Le Webexy I got to be proficient in the technical aspects of building websites. I
also got to know the coding, design and layout of a website according to a company's
specifications and from clints view point.

By working there, I gained regular contact with other partners  to enhance and implement
their content - and ensure there was a transparent establishment of what might be created
over time, complete working knowledge and coding, the power to perform multiple tasks
with real time constraints, budgets and end objectives. Le Webexy is convinced  that
everybody should dedicate themselves to innovating, complex and problem-solving
together while taking every step in creating an internet site. Digital Marketing Digital
Marketing (also online marketing, online marketing or web marketing) is an integrated
term for online marketing activity, in contrast to traditional advertising through  medium,
live promotions, tv and radio advertising. The rapid climb of the Digital Marketing
Industry may be a direct results of global Internet practice, and therefore the performance
of Digital Marketing channels in revenue generation and awareness. Compared to
traditional advertising methods, Digital Marketing offers real-time costs (most
important for little and medium-sized businesses and startups), accurate targeting and
excellent reporting.

I was also assigned to write down content for www.professionalinn.com where I assisted

the team in writing basic content and pictures for several pages on the website. This
32 | P a g e
was the most task of my training where I had to collect all the small print regarding clint
desire. I even have collected all the knowledge in books, magazines, articles and on the
web. All of this data was initially compiled on an article sheet and secondly that data was
written on the web site and eventually tested before being published to see copyright or
other legal issues. If this step isn't checked or ignored it'll make it difficult to
work legally thereon website.
There are various issues that require to be addressed before compiling, sharing and using
such data:

First and foremost, unidentified health data is usually treated as a critical category of

knowledge protection. As such, entities should consider whether their intended activities
should suit applicable privacy and security laws. counting on the info collected, the
utilization and disclosure of this data, and therefore the authorities during which the info is
stored and processed, entities could also be subject to multiple legal obligations, including
one or more of the following:

 Insurance and Accountability Management Act, 1996 (“HIPAA”)

 General Law
 EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)
 42 C.F.R. Section 2
 Defending laws and violating laws and regulations
 Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) Regulations; or
 Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) Regulation.

Second, entities should consider contractual obligations, including property rights that
govern data collection, consolidation, use and disclosure. Contractual obligations to be
evaluated will depend largely on the sort of knowledge collected, the estimated use and
disclosure of that data and therefore the applicable laws and regulations concerning that
collection, use and disclosure. Accordingly, entities should also consider the impact of
escalating agreements and subordinate agreements on the rights  to gather, use or disclose
data through a series of retention. Agreements that authorize consideration may include:

 Master Services Agreements

 Data Use Agreements
 Business Partnership Agreements
 Data Sharing Agreements
 Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure Agreements
 Terms of Use / Privacy Policies

33 | P a g e
Third, albeit collection, integration, and analysis are possible under law / regulation and
contract, companies should still consider whether additional data management principles
should be wont to guide appropriate data management. it's important to recollect that
companies that misuse personal data can lose customer trust and suffer irreparably. To
alleviate such issues, businesses should consider developing data management principles
guided by fair information practices that include openness / transparency, collection limit,
data quality, clarity of purpose / limit usage, accountability, individual participation, and
data security.

Problems are created when using secondary data:

1. Copyright: - Copyright may be a sort of property that provides the owner
the prerogative to form copies of a piece of art, usually temporarily. Creative
work are often literary, artistic, educational, or musical. Copyright is meant to
guard the first expression of a thought within the sort of a piece of art, but not the
concept itself. Copyright refers to the right of the property owner. In simple words,
the copyright has the proper to repeat. this suggests that the first inventors of the
products and anyone who granted them the authorization are  the sole ones who have
the prerogative to supply this work.

2. Patent: - A patent is that the granting of a patent by an independent authority to the

developer. This grant gives the founder exclusive rights during a patented
process, within the construction, or within the establishment of a hard and fast term
for a full disclosure of the invention. they're the proper thanks to assemble.
Copyright The granting of a ownership by an independent authority to the
developer. There are three sorts of patents:
 Patents covers anyone who develops a replacement and useful process, product
article, machine, or story structure.
 Design patents include the first, new, and ornamental design of the manufactured
product.

Description of work responsibility taken

Work responsibility given in Le Webexy Pvt. Ltd. Was huge but it became easy through regular
guidance from superiors. In Le Webexy Pvt. Ltd. I was awarded as a team leader for internship
candidates. This was given because of my background of management field. While doing my
internship in Le Webexy I get to use many of management tools for example leadership, team
work, delegation etc. The working environment while working was delightful and congenial
through this the results of projects are definitive. Superiors make sure every person will get equal
and not giving burden on single person. Job responsibility assigned in Le Webexy Pvt. Ltd. It
was huge but it had been easy with regular guidance from management. In Le Webexy Pvt.
Ltd. I used to be offered employment as a team leader. This was given due to my
administrative field domain. once I did my internship at Le Webexy I used tons of
management tools for instance leadership, team performance, delegation etc. Managers
guarantee that everybody are going to be equal and not provides a burden to at least
one person.
We got many responsibilities like taking a clint decision at their level and providing ideas
and issues associated with management by the top of the third term with the
acceptable assignment subsequent day. All employees working there should lookout of
their work and make sure that all assignments are completed before time. While working
there I buy more opportunities to use my many management skills.  once I was in an
internship, I want to create sites for several companies and put them together within
the format required by reputable companies.

The task of taking over or given to Le Webexy wasn't so complicated and within the many

tasks assigned to our team most of the ideas are taken from the ideas provided by  the
entire team. Le Webexy uses most of the new ideas from the trainees ’points and after
consultation with other managers and therefore the clint.

Fig.5.1 Company (clint) logo

While in internship I got a task of professionalinn.com website for content writing and image
fixing and resizing. For this work I was given five days of time it means the deadline was of five
days. In this task I have done home page and about page content and both the pages images
creation and resizing is also done by me. The task was easy for the person who know how to
elaborate things in many ways before doing work for that project. Most of the work has to be
done on Microsoft Word where I have to write all the data regarding professionalinn and about
its owners. And image resizing and creation was done on picsart application.

That company is about legal and taxation firm and the clint of Le Webexy. The professionalinn
website is a simple form of editing and graphic used website. In this website contents are taken
from professionally working websites for an idea but its all data and images are unique which is
initially checked for saving and escaping from all the legal limitations and copyrights form the
owners of other websites. All the work was done in the supervision of our superiors and with the
help of them professionalinn is working without any difficulty. I have to cover whole writing
task

5.1 Some of the duties assigned to me:

 Project planning
 Manage deliveries consistent with project plan
 Lead and manage the project team
 Determining the tactic utilized in my activities
 Establish a piece plan and determine each category
 Assign tasks to project team members
 Provide regular updates to senior management
 Understanding the work to be done
 Organize your assigned add detail if needed
 Completing assigned work within the budget, timeline and quality expectations
 Informing the project manager of issues, scale changes, risks and quality concerns
 Continuous communication of things and expected management

37 | P a g e
And other obligations from the attitude of companies:

1. Work and resource planning

Planning helps meet deadlines for projects, and lots of projects fail thanks to poor
planning. First and foremost, good team managers define the dimensions of the
project and determine the resources available. Good project team managers  skills to
accurately set timelines and test team skills.
Then they develop a transparent and important decide to do both for the project and
monitor its progress. Projects aren't naturally expected, so good project managers
are ready to make changes along the way as required before the project reaches its
final stages.

2. Planning and promoting the project team

Good project managers don't have their teams tied to a good sort of spreadsheets,

long-distance lists, and white boards. Instead, they put their teams  ahead and within
the middle. They create clear, straightforward programs that encourage their
teams to succeed in their full potential. They narrowed down the office and guided
their teams on a transparent path to the last word goal.

3. Manage time management

Clients often judge the success or failure of a project to be submitted on time.

Therefore, the ultimate meeting times aren't discussed. Good project
managers skills to line realistic deadlines, and the way to speak regularly with their
teams.

They skills to try to to the following:

 Describe the function
 Sequence of labor
 Measure the length of labor time
 Make an idea
 Save the schedule

4. Budgeting and budgeting

Good project managers skills to stay a project within its budget. albeit a project meets
client expectations and is delivered on time, it'll still be a failure if it overrides the
38 | P a g e
budget. Good project managers frequently review the budget and plan ahead to avoid
massive budget overruns.

5. Ensuring customer satisfaction

In the end, the project is merely successful if the customer is happy. one among the

foremost important responsibilities of each project manager is to scale
back uncertainty, to avoid any unwanted surprises, and to involve their
clients within the project the maximum amount as possible. Good project
managers skills to take care of effective communication and keep the company's
clients up so far.

6. Project risk assessment and management

With the expansion of the project, there's an honest chance that there'll be obstacles

and pitfalls that weren't a part of the first plan. Hiccups are unavoidable, but good
project managers know that carefully and almost intuitively, identify and assess
potential risks before the project begins. They skills to avoid accidents or a
minimum of minimize their effects.

7. Monitoring progress

During the initial stages, project managers and their teams have a transparent vision
and high hopes of manufacturing the specified result. However, the road to
the finishing line has no lumps within the road. When things don't go consistent
with plan, the project manager must monitor and evaluate both the value and
performance of the team and always take corrective action.

8. Manage required reports and documents

Finally, experienced project managers skills important final reports and relevant

documentation are. Good project managers can submit comprehensive reports  that
each one project requirements are met, also as project history, including what has
been done, involved, and what are often done better within the future.

Experience gained and problem faced

6.1 Experience’s

Working for Le Webexy I even have gained tons of experience in managing data with a

team within the company's web design or in making sites clints. The experience of working
as a student at Le Webexy was fun and that I think it'll be useful on behalf of me within
the future as more work are going to be done on the online or on websites within
the future just like the beginning of Digital India.

Many of the experiences I gained while training was making and developing  more ways to
try to to work on a digital basis and management strategies. I see a thought l thanks
to express an idea or step to enhance the work done. I gained experience performing on an
existing code base, experience working with new team members, experience customizing
my coding style to suit the team level and understanding of application development.
Working during a new team during a professional setting has prepared me for
several collaborative relationships. The environment related to an internship is
exclusive and may be a gateway to success. I used to be a lost student before I took this
internship job. This tutorial taught me how collaborations  add business. This section
taught variety of tools that might enjoy the organization of group-based
projects like Eclipse, clean code, ticket trackers, and more. I learned tons about html, php,
and JavaScript. - i will be able to be doing a really big project and this class has taught that
clean code is extremely important. As long as you create dirt, the project  won't bother
you within the end of the day. It’s like having a white room will allow you to urge your car
keys so you never need to work late. This training also teaches me more about my future
career than what college education offers me.

6.2 Improved skills and effective presentation acquired

 Digital market: while doing internship I get too aware about digital market which is a
very huge market as the name says digital means online or use of internet. Market is
 Digital market place is bigger as google is widely experienced in whole world. Most of
the customers uses internet for daily use.
 I got experience of practicing designing graphics for clints.
 Basic templet uploading was also a task given to me while performing my internship.
40 | P a g e
 Image fixing and resizing was the crucial task of web designing.
 Content writing the most important task of designing as most of the important
information’s is given by content writing.
 I got to know the ways of earning through google Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
type of social media platforms
 Professionalism
 Work ethics
 Cooperation
 Team work
 Time management
 Coordination work ethics
 Personality development
 Writing skills
 Research and development work

Here are a number of the experiences and skills that are collected and developed
sequentially performing at Le Webexy.

While working for Le Webexy, I needed to become proficient in technical skills and have
soft skills that were relevant to my field. the type of skills i exploit and develop them. Here
are a number of the common skills I've seen

 Communication
 Cooperation
 Computer virus and coding
 Problem solving
 Performing multiple tasks
 Concentrate to detail

A. Communication

Communication may be a soft skill that permits us to be understood and understood

by our colleagues. This skill includes friendliness, confidence, giving and receiving
feedback, clarity and adaptableness to a spread of communication methods.
Effective communication means asking the proper questions for more information,

41 | P a g e
using active listening when others speak to us and using empathy  to make sure that
our message and tone are clear and respectful.

B. Cooperation & Team work

Most add teams to supply services and maintain systems. Collaboration involves

discussing problems from co-workers, having the ability to articulate project
needs, having the ability to concentrate and accept criticism, and respect for other
team members. Although it's one thing, as a software developer, you ought
to be ready to communicate and work closely with others within the team.

C. Problem solving

Problem solving is a crucial skill within the workplace. It means finding the source

of a drag and making an efficient and efficient solution. Other functions that utilize
this ability include checking and correcting errors on websites. Patience, creativity,
innovation and important thinking also are wont to find the explanation for the
matter and to develop practical solutions.

D. Multitasking

Multitasking is that the ability to try to to quite one task at a time. As a student,

we may have to figure on variety of projects over a period of your time while
staying organized and performing important tasks. This ability to manage time
allows it to stay productive and efficient.

E. Attention to detail

This is the power to realize accuracy and to anticipate potential consequences. As a

Le Webexy employee, we'd like to be complete and accurate while managing
complex code, documents and projects. we should always be ready to analyze, use a
translation system to stay your old work, and apply the complete test principles to
your code to form sure others read it easily.

6.3 Issues and Problems
Problem faced while working for the first time in a job was fear of doing something wrong. This
problem was the first problem for any intern or new employee in any of the new office or job.
There are many other problems say doing important work late, making difficulties for others and
taking wrong decisions and wrong calls. Problems are many for a new employee but the cure or
protective measures are consulting with superiors or heads most of the problems will be resolved
by taking consult with others. While in internship I used to make web pages for many companies
and compiling them together in required format by respected companies. No user likes slow load
times and they can have real consequences for your business so we have to be fast in coding
managing time span and most important make best result out of no time or less time. Overall, I
faced very less problems as getting the advantage of being from IT background.  Poor ‘Online
Brand Visibility and Brand Reputation of the clients of Le Webexy

 Awareness of digital media to clints

 Budget management of clints
 Report making
 Stress and time management
 Technical knowledge
 Task completion (in completing my task)
 Meeting senior’s expectations
 Cooperating with colleges
 Gaining and excepting companies’ environment and culture
 Developing leadership skills

These are some problems suffered by me in Le Webexy.

Conclusion, summary and recommendations

7.1 Conclusion
In the nut shell, Le Webexy pvt. ltd. is a tremendous company in digital marketing firms.
And it's one among the simplest vendors in New Delhi to satisfy the purchasers in need. Le
Webexy is one among the foremost powerful brands within the digital marketing industry.
The company's website design may be a force that permits for robustness and reduce
market-based risk. Both are very successful within the industry over the past five years
and there's no denying it. As a product company, that they had a singular way of organizing
and managing digital marketing. To be effective, it requires  tons of involvement with their
staff and constant customers in Le Webexy pvt. ltd. the company had recently acquired the
position of best-selling websites, thanks partially to its tightly managed web design. Le
Webexy has worked tirelessly for several years to bring relief to its digital performance by
using the assistance of time-keeping just to stay designers at a coffee level. In my training
period, I realize that writing content and pictures may be a key element of creating an
excellent website. I can see the weakness of the company, the shortage of web designers
and trannies in making sites and designing websites with clints.

All in all, this study was an excellent help. I gained new knowledge, skills and met many
new people. I achieved many of my learning goals, except for some it had been impossible.
I gained insight into the workings of technology. I even have learned various aspects of
working within the digital marketplace. I noticed that funding, like many organizations, is
crucial to the success of projects. associated with my reading I learned more about sites and
Le Webexy websites and therefore the threats they face. there's still much to be gained and
improved. The currently used methods haven't been updated and therefore the consistent
method is ongoing. In India education is a crucial aspect of Le Webexy conservation. I
even have noticed that even local people are showing an interest in Web development with
their knowledge. additionally, I even have seen that it's important that education is
objective which you ought to remember of other people's opinions. Information technology
education isn't one-sided, but how of sharing information, ideas and concepts. The
internship was also good to seek out out what my strengths and weaknesses are. This has
helped me to elucidate what skills and knowledge I even have to enhance within
the future. it might be better if the extent of language proficiency is sufficient to
44 | P a g e
completely contribute to projects. After my bachelor's time I assumed I could start my
career where I create websites with Le Webexy. However, I can do certain tasks with better
design if I become conversant in the web site design utilized in certain subjects. it
might even be better if I could present myself and express myself with great confidence.
Finally, this training gave me new insights and motivation to pursue a career in information
technology abroad.

area to share information here that helps me increase my technical
depth. knowledgeable but friendly atmosphere helps me enrich my soft skills and
management skills. I even have found effective implementation of the many digital
