Ampere Circuital Law
1. State Ampere circuital law and. Use this law to find magnetic field due to an infinite
straight current carrying conductor.
2. A long solenoid with closely wound turns has 𝑛 turns, per unit of its length. A steady
current 𝐼 flows through this solenoid. Use Ampere Circuital law to obtain expression
for the magnetic field at a point close to mid-point.
3. Two long co-axial insulated solenoids 𝑆1 and 𝑆2 of equal lengths are wound one over
the other as shown in the figure. A steady current ′𝐼′
flows through the inner solenoid 𝑆1 to the outer solenoid
