MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

The LA CONCEPCION COLLEGE INC. a private non-sectarian institution, with the

principal address at City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, hereinafter referred to
as the FIRST PARTY,

- and -

The ABC CORPORATION, located at City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan,
hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY desires to send its graduating Business Administration
Students for training in the ABC Corporation as part of their Learning Experiences,
Immersion Learning Activities, Apprenticeship and Research pursuant to the
required circula mandated by the Commission on Higher Education;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is capable and qualified to provide the facilities
necessary as affiliating for the said training;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY has accepted FISRT PARTY'S request as affiliating
institution.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, the PARTIES
hereby agree as follows:

l. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

1. The FIRST PARTY shall:

1.1 Comply and abide by all the administrative rules, regulations and
policies being implemented by the SECOND PARTY.

1.2 Assist the SECOND PARTY in its mission and vision of providing better
delivery.

1.3 Provide its own instructors for its students who will undergo
Practicum/On-the-job Training under the control and supervision of the SECOND
PARTY.

2. The SECOND PARTY shall:

2.1 Affiliating company of the FIRST PARTY.

2.2 Extend to the FIRST PARTY its students, Instructors, and Department Head.

2.3 All technical knowledge and training information in the related fields and
other allied courses within SECOND PARTY'S present competence, necessary for
the fulfillment or completion of the course requirement of the students of the
"FIRST PARTY".

II. EFFECTIVITY OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement shall take effect for the duration of 2022 - 2023 Academic School
Year and it will automatically terminate after the year of 2023.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands on this day of
at City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
