MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement is made and entered into in Balanga City, this February 2024 and
between:

ABUCAY MUNICIPALITY with address at Wakas st. Calaylayan, Abucay,

Bataan, represented by Mrs. Jinkee Malixi Mañago, Human resources,
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

AND

EASTWOODS PROFESSIONAL COLLEGE OF SCIENCE &

TECHNOLOGY, with address at AH Banzon St., lbayo, Balanga City Bataan,
represented by DORELIZA PEARL R. DE GUZMAN. The School
Administrator, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

WITTNESSETH:
THAT

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is a duly recognized and authorized business

establishment in BALANGA, BATAAN;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY accepts On-the-Job trainees to provide practical

"hands on" experience to students in the field of Information Technology Industry;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is a tertiary educational institution offering a

Four (4) year Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (IT);

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY sends its IT students for on-the-job training
as a requirement of the course;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY known to be a duly recognized and authorized

business establishment in the field of IT has been chosen by the SECOND
PARTY to be the training site for the students in the IT courses.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the

parties agree as follows:
 1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE FIRST PARTY -
1.a The FIRST PARTY will provide the training site for the
trainees of the SECOND PARTY;
1.b The FIRST PARTY will evaluate the performance of the
trainees upon completion of the training;
l. c The FIRST PARTY will ensure that the on-the-job
trainees w i l l be treated fairly inside the company and not be
subjected to any form of harassment;
1. d The FIRST PARTY will ensure the safety of the
trainees inside the premises of the company.

2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SECOND PARTY -

2.a The SECOND PARTY will handle the selection and
screening of IT students for on-the-job training:
2.b The SECOND PARTY will handle the necessary
orientation and briefing;
2.c The SECOND PARTY will ensure that all students
selected are physically and mentally fit, their performance
are good and have no disciplinary problem.
2.d The SECOND PARTY will recall trainees who have
violated the Company's rules and regulations.
2.e The SECOND PARTY will provide a coordinator who will
oversee the performance of the trainees while on duty.
2.f The SECOND PARTY thru its coordinator will conduct
random visits to monitor and evaluate the trainees.

3. The Parties herein agree that failure to comply with any of the
provision shall be a ground for immediate termination of the agreement.

4. This Memorandum of Agreement shall immediately take effect upon

the signing of both parties.

IN WITNESS where of, we have hereunto set our hands this of Fe b r u a r y 16 ,

2024 at City of Balanga, Bataan. This agreement shall remain valid for 2 years
from the date it is notarized.
