• CONCEPT

My Concept was to stay SIMPLE in plans and shape, I made

sure to make it PRACTICAL to use, finally SUSTAINABLITY is
the project’s Basis.

• FORM

I took the form from the ground in the most .. so, my plan was
an offsets because I saw that the land outlines could make a
diamond shape, and I saw that the diamond shape could
explain the commercial center perfectly. as everybody knows
that the trading has its ups and downs, but I focused on the
ups because the client doesn't like to spread negativity so I
took that shape to explain how commerce and trading will
benefits you if you took its path.

And in the elevations I also took the slope from the land and
in the diamond edges then i put that slope in some facades
and in the roof.

• FUNCTION

The center is for commercial use. it includes offices,

warehouses and retails (convenience stores, 'big box' stores).

• TECHNOLOGY
0The technology that I used was in the facades, it is sun
breakers. my reference was al bahar towers. These sun
breakers work mechanically, they open and close to make
sure the building to remain cool and don’t get hot, also to add
some beauty to it.
