Presentation
Topics: Each group will present a specific topic focusing on case studies’ analysis and illustration
Topic 1: Responsibilities and risks of importers in international trade activities under different Incoterms.
Topic 2: Responsibilities and risks of exporters in international trade activities under different Incoterms.
Topic 3: Determinants affecting the export price of main agricultural product(s) of Vietnam
Topic 4: Determinants affecting the export price of main manufacturing product(s) of Vietnam
Topic 5: Some issues related to contract terms that (Vietnamese) importers should take notice
Topic 6: Some issues related to contract terms that (Vietnamese) exporters should take notice
Topic 7: Popular international payment methods and related issues in international trading activities
(Vietnamese) importers should take notice
Topic 8: Popular international payment methods and related issues in international trading activities
(Vietnamese) exporters should take notice
Note
The groups will be assigned within specific topic in week 2, and the presentation shall be presented in 3-4 weeks:
10, 11, 12, 13 (depending on the class’s size)
Each member of the group has to show his/her contribution to the presentation.
The group has to prepare for further questions from other groups and the lecturer.
The presentation shall be presented in English in 15 minutes.

Final exam: Written Report

Topics: Each group will submit a no-more-than 20-page MS word file on one of the following topic.
Topic 1: Export activities of a specific product of Vietnam to international/ a specific market
Topic 2: Import activities of a specific product from international/ a specific market in Vietnam
Topic 3: Experience in exporting/importing a specific product of a particular country and lessons for Vietnamese
enterprises
Topic 4: Risks and insurance in import-export activities
Topic 5: Disputes and dispute settlement in practice of import and export.
Note:
The report shall be written in English and followed the detailed instruction given by the lecturer (based on the
‘Assessment Rubric for Report’ file)
Each member of the group has to show his/her contribution to the report.
