Answers:
1. Yes, because programs using the therapeutic community modality have had great success in helping
probationers, parolees, pardonees, and first-time petty drug offenders to recover and change their
ways.

2. "An approach to justice that tries to repair injustice by giving an opportunity for people hurt and
those who take responsibility for the harm to communicate about and address their needs in the wake
of a crime," is what restorative justice is defined as.

3. The Therapeutic Community is a program for developing values whose main objectives are the
encouragement of individual development and the cessation of substance misuse practices.
