We are pleased to appoint you an on the job of ACCOUNTANT in dallma malls,that is located in
dubai.where we hope you will enjoy your role and make a significant contribution to the success
of the business reporting to the Direct Supervisor while roles and responsibilities of this position
will be described separately in the job description.

General terms & condition:

R E S O U R C E S
· Basic Salary :AED. 4000/-.
· Overtime :As per U.A.E. Labor law.
· Accommodation :Free shared accommodation.
· Transportation :Free from accommodation to place of work & versa.
· Medical Insurance :As per U.A.E. Labor law.
· Tickets :Round trip tickets every two years(Dubai-Country of Origin-Dubai).
· Annual Paid Leave :Thirty(30)calender days per year entitled at the end of every two years
of service.
· Working Hours :(l8)hours per a days.
· Working Days :Six (6) days per week.

Probation Period

D E PA R T M E N T
You will be on probation for a period of three months from the date of your appointment.
On satisfactory completion of the probation period, you will be confirmed in service.If
not confirmed after three months , this order will continue to be in operation, and the
probation period will stand extended automatically till further notice.
Date of Appointment
Your expected date of appointment as per company records is 10-NOV-2022, you can start
your job on this decided date as per shedule.Your visa session date is from 10-NOV-2022 to
09-NOV-2024, After the time period of two year you will be able to increase the visa duration.

Annual leave
Employees are entitled to an annual leave of:
02 days per month, after completion of six months of service but not one year.
30 days, if they have completed one year of service, with your full month basic salary
Responsibilities:
In view of your office, you must effectively perform to ensure results. Your performance
would be reviewed as per the Company’s Performance Management System.
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and
policies monitoring
, administrative project maintaining suggestion program.
Following is your core responsibilities:
· Maintains administrative workflow by studying methods; implementing cost

reductions; developing reporting procedures.
· Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing oper ating practices;
studying utilization of micro-computer and software technologies; evaluating
personnel and technological requirements; implementing changes.
· Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational

opportunities, and coaching.
· Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and
communication solutions.
· Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging
continuing contacts; researching and developing new services and methods,
setting priorities, resolving problem situations.
· Maintains suggestion system by directing and controlling administrative technical
aspects in accordance with management directives.
· Provides information by answering questions and requests.
