Conduent Commercial Solutions, LLC. provides services to UPS pursuant to a contract. As a result of
the COVID-19 Pandemic more employees around the world are shifting to a remote work environment,
which presents benefits and challenges. One of the challenges is the continued assurance of the
security of our client’s data: To that end, in an effort to allow Conduent Employees to service UPS
remotely, UPS will issue you an RSA soft token (a/k/a as a two-factor authentication application) that
can be installed on your personal mobile devices and/or company issued devices.

RSA soft token is an application that can be added to your personal mobile devices and/or company
issued devices to allow you the ability to have remote work options for UPS. The data collected to
accomplish this application load will be the phone’s operating system, your personal telephone number
and your personal email address. You can use the RSA soft token to access the UPS network in order to
conduct UPS work.

This letter serves to inform you of the process, the data collected and processed as well as seek your
consent (which is voluntary) to use your personal device to install and use UPS’ RSA soft token. Below
is an overview and description of the data that will be collected and processed by UPS:

UPS may commission or authenticate the RSA Application on your personal mobile devices and/or
company issued devices using the device serial number(s) or identification number(s) (“Device
IDs”). UPS will require the following information to set up the RSA soft token: Phone OS system
(Apple or Android); Non-UPS Email Address and your employer’s name. Such information will be
shared with UPS, may be transferred to the United States, and will be used to commission and
authenticate the Application installed and used on your personal mobile devices and/or company
devices.

The installation and use of the Application on your personal mobile devices is voluntary, and you are not
required to install or use the Application on your personal mobile devices. If you choose to consent to
the installation of the RSA soft token on your personal mobile device, please indicate by signing below.
