SCRIPT AND FLOW OF THE INTERNAL AFFAIRS

First speaker (Micha)

Good day to all! I am here today as Chairwoman for Internal Affairs, and I will announce that
the letter for those things needed to be borrowed within the university has been submitted to the
University of Makati SPMO. This office will lend the equipment for our event. They will
contribute to the success of this event by supporting our Leadership Training Program. We all
know how difficult it is to plan and execute this event, but we are willing to put in the effort to
help the students enhance their leadership and critical thinking skills. We wrote to the SPMO
office, requesting that they give us some equipment for our event. We're still waiting for their
approval.

Second Speaker (Cristine)

Good Day Madam Chairwoman and to everyone on the parliament here today. The Internal
Committee would like to report that the Informative letters has been forwarded to our respective
admins namely:

Prof. Stanley Fernandez ( the CGPP Dean)

Prof. Virgilio Tabbu (the VP for Student Services)
Prof. Angelito Vargas (the Director of Center for Student Org and Activities)
Dr. Elyxzur C. Ramos (the Vice President of Academic Affairs)

And as of now, I am confirming that the request has been approved by the said admins. This acts
as a go signal and with that, I am glad to announce that we can now proceed to the planning,
financing and implementing our Leadership Training Program.

Third Speaker (Janelle)

Thank you, Chairwoman. It's great to be speaking with all of you today.

We would like to announce that the Letter of Request for Partnership within our University has
been passed to the University of Makati Student Council and Volunteer
Students for Civic Action. These two organizations are the ones that will be having a partnership
to our event. We are still waiting for their approval. Once approved, it would be great to have
them as our partners for our event.

As for the Dissemination of Information, it would be distributed to all our social media platforms
such as Facebook. So, that the students would see and may have attend the
event. As well as for all professors to see and may check if their students would be participating.
Fourth Speaker (Rhica)

Good day to our chairwoman and to everyone that is present in today's session.
With regards to the budget, we have already sent a letter of request to the Vice President for
Student Services and Community Development, Prof. Tabbu and we are currently waiting for its
approval. Once approved, we will submit a ______ to the accounting office for the release of
funds.
