PROPOSAL FOR SPONSORSHIP OF AN EVENT

INTRODUCTION
We are students from faculty of music wish to approval and permissions from The Rector of
ASWARA to get corporate sponsors to hold an event to organize a Kata Temu Irama on 23rd
March 2023. This event will be done in collaboration with students from the faculty of
creative writing and film as well. The aim of this Kata Temu Irama is to promote a deeper
interest in the culture of reading and writing , especially among the younger generation and
the Malaysian people.

OBJECTIVES
The objective of “Kata Temu Irama 2023” are as follows:
 ● To make poetry accessible to the masses via songwriting. (Primary)

● To promote a culture of reading amongst the youth.

● To showcase works by local poets and singer-songwriters.
