To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter for a teaching position. I have been on an educational

journey for quite some time, and as someone who hopes to be an educational
professional I know that this journey is far from over, striving to learn new and
unique learning techniques will be lifelong learning.

My college career has taught me so many valuable things including classroom

management, differentiation, assessment techniques, warmth towards all
students and staff, understanding towards different cultures, and flexibility.
With minors in Integrated Science and English Language Arts I have found a
respect for the core knowledge that students need. Additionally, I have
learned that having the ability to adapt, be it my thought process or a lesson
plan, helps immensely.

My time in the classroom has been amazing. I knew from a young age that I
wanted to help students learn. In my forty hour placement I was able to help
children that needed additional support. I worked closely with my mentor
teacher to help when needed, and even was asked to help out within the
building for other educational tasks. I am looking forward to my eighty hour
placement to work with a new district, teacher, and group of children.

Sincerely,

Rachele Gabriele Smith
