students have a varying degree of both
academic and emotional needs and
Rachele strives to create a safe, positive
learning environment for them. Rachele
refers to her students as scholars and
frequently provides positive feedback. She
encourages students to work together and
has set up opportunities for students to
take leadership roles within the classroom.
She has created positive relationships with
her students.  

I would encourage Rachele to continue to


create strategies that focus on classroom
environment, providing opportunities for
students to support each other's learning.

by reviewing previous learning
through the use of questioning.
Rachele modeled her instruction
and then provided an opportunity
for the students to practice
independently. Rachele assessed
student learning as she walked
around the room. 

I would encourage Rachele to


continue to provide opportunities for
students to assess their own
learning, encouraging them to
support their answers.

as an educator and look forward to
