a. Politic: 
Courier and logistics business is growing rapidly in Indonesia. as an archipelagic
country that has a very wide area and is supported by government policies such as PPKM and
others, the courier and logistics business is growing.

The consumptive power of the Indonesian people affects the development of the
courier and logistics business in Indonesia. Indonesian people's purchasing power is high.
c. Social 
With the development of the courier business in Indonesia, people have understood
the process that must be passed to send and pick up goods. this is also influenced by
companies that make it easy so that people are interested in using courier services.

Today's technological advances, really helps the courier and logistics business where
online buying and selling greatly affect the courier business. In addition, technological
advances help shorten the courier business supply chain

The resources available at AnterAja include:


1. Human resources
Currently, AnterAja has around 10,000 couriers called Satria. they greatly affect
AnterAja's performance.
2. Tangible Resources
It contains financial resources and physical resources. AnterAja managed
to record revenue of Rp2.77 trillion in 2021. AnterAja's contribution has
surpassed the contribution of the vehicle rental line, which was previously
ASSA's main business line. In 2021, rental services will record a revenue of IDR
1.74 trillion.
3. Intangible Resources
Anteraja technology continues to develop, the company plans to invest in
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, which is a robotic system used in the
packet sorting process.
4. Complementary Resource
A complementary resource that AnterAja can use to increase the return is
online motorcycle taxis. Satria partners (as Couriers in Antaraja) can become
online motorcycle taxi drivers so that AntarAja's income can increase.
