General Instruction: Choose a company and analyze its Operations Management. There is a need to gather information
here by observing the company’ operation, study their website and social media, conducting an online interview to
their manager or representative of that company. Then describe how the company implements the 10 Operations

end, the students need to formulate fundamental operations strategy.

Company Name: (The group of student must choose a medium or large company. Choose a company wherein at least
one member of the group must be acquainted to the company. Let say a friend, parent or relative working in that
chosen company for easy access of information. The company can be your family business. It can also be your
internship company. Do not choose McDo, Jollibee, KFC, Wendys, Starbucks and Frito Lay, because these are frequent
example by the instructor of OPMNTQM.)

Name of Interviewee: (preferably a manager and owner with atleast 2 years familiarity to the company. Again, choose
a company wherein at least one member of the group must be acquainted to the company. Let say a parent, sibling, or
relative working in that chosen company for easy access of information. The company can be your family business. It
can also be your internship company.)

Contact Information: Mobile Number or Office Telephone Number and email address.

Picture of the interviewee together with all group members (All members must be present during the zoom interview
and picture taking, there is a big deduction in scoring if the group is not complete; The group can reschedule the
