I hope, that this letter helps you to understand more about the "Teaching of Bruno Groening"

Read it with an open heart because Bruno Groening said that "I cannot be understood by the intellect, only by
one's heart"

Dear Friend,

I am one of the helpers for the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends in India. I was introduced to the teachings of
Bruno Groening a few years ago, and during this time, I was allowed to experience a lot of help, Divine
guidance, protection in this Divine path.

After Bruno Groening´s death in the year 1959 (he himself never spoke of death, but only of going home to
God) thousands of people could experience help and healing by taking up the healing stream and following his
teachings.

The teachings of Bruno Groening are based on the influence that spiritual forces have on incarnate beings. This
influence is greater than most people realize.

Bruno Groening compared a person with a battery. He pointed out that everyone burns up vital energy.
However, new energy to replace it is often insufficiently absorbed. In the same way that an empty battery is
incapable of functioning, a body without energy is also unable to fulfill its tasks. The consequences are: fatigue,
exhaustion, nervousness, anxieties and finally, illness

Bruno Groening’s teachings explain how an individual is able to obtain new energy. To this end, the belief in
goodness is as necessary a prerequisite as the will for health. The human body is constantly surrounded by
healing waves which only have to be absorbed. According to Bruno Groening, no illness is incurable, and this
fact is confirmed by the healings that have occurred and have been medically verified. These healings are
spiritual and therefore independent of Bruno Groening’s physical presence.

When preparing yourself to absorb the divine energy, some physical preconditions are necessary. Be at a calm,
silent place without disturbances (noise, tv-transmissions, discussions etc.), take up an open posture of the
body, i.e. sitting on a chair, both feet on the floor, with the palms on your thighs facing upwards- as if you are
receiving a gift with open hands. Do not cross legs or arms, it will cause a kind of short-circuit! And then open
up your heart and mind and ask Bruno Groening for the Divine Healing Energy.

Apart from the physical, the psychic condition is of great significance. It is important that we first detach
ourselves of all negative thoughts, thoughts of illness, worries , fears or all kinds of problems.

While thinking of something pleasant and positive (i.e. a beautiful landscape, a happy event...) we connect with
the divine, positive source of energy. To help detach yourself from negative thoughts, you may listen to a piece
of music, but note: Recommended is classical music or pieces composed by musicians of the Circle of Friends,
never country, rock, pop or even meditation music. You can also listen to a piece of music from the Introduction
CD that was sent from the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends. Once we follow these recommendations, the
Heilstrom (healing stream) can move into our body via the ends (antenna's) of our body (hands, feet and
head). It can enter the body, stream through it completely and fill it with new energy.

Apart from the divine energy there exists an evil, negative energy, which has a destructive influence on all
people and other living creatures. God’s will is to give mankind a happy, peaceful and healthy life, and He gives
us everything to enable us to live happily - the other force intends the direct opposite: destroy, annihilate, to
hurt and harm man’s happiness, his love, health and relationships.
Bruno Groening teaches clearly and distinctly that illness does not come from God, but that illness is the
physically visible consequence of the withdrawal of a person from God. Consciously or without knowing the
person has withdrawn from God. He does not take any notice of the divine laws, often he does not even know
them. He does not take in the divine energy any more, although it would be the nourishment for his soul and it
includes everything a person needs - health, happiness, love, peace, confidence, joy of life... bit by bit the
strength in the person decreased, his "vessel", the body was emptied out and the evil could enter into the
person.

Bruno Groening taught us, that emotional or physical illnesses are nothing but the material accumulation of
negative energies in the body. Accordingly, by taking in the divine healing energy, strength and health can re-
enter the body.

While doing einstellen (tune in) the Heilstrom streams through the body, it makes contact with the sick organ
and begins its purification effect. This is nothing else but the fighting of two spiritual energies - the divine
energy which fights for health and the negative energy. Bruno Groening called this the process of
Regelungen (a cleansing process).

A Regelung can last for weeks, months and sometimes years. (It depends on how serious the illness is, how far
a person can open up to the divine energy, and it depends on the influence of the surroundings.....) it can be
over quickly, though. After the taking up of the Heilstrom some people feel pain, or some unusual symptoms.
With some people, the pain increases, or it stops completely, or none of the symptoms changes. Once you have
taken up the Heilstrom, it is very important to give up the illness in your mind, and do not pay any
attention to it any more, and - most important - stop believing in the illness.

While doing einstellen we very often may feel the Heilstrom entering into or streaming through the body. That
may be pain, tingling sensation in parts of the body, warmth or feeling cold, swollen limbs, feeling of short
shivers or other emotions (need to weep or laugh). Then, please, let it happen. These sensations are temporary.
Even if you do not feel things like that, be sure that the Heilstrom has entered your body and soul and gave new
energy.

Bruno Groening said, thoughts are energies, which will come true! Here is an example: Before an architect
will draw the plan of a house, he knows it in his mind. Although the house cannot be seen physically, this is the
beginning of the realization of the project. If now, you take up the firm intent in your mind to regain your health
and take up the belief, that this is possible with God’s help, you have built up the right mental attitude for the
healing to begin. Focus your complete attention on the healing. Believe that whatever you feel in your body
belongs to the healing, not any more to the illness!

Thanks to this knowledge and thanks to the regular reception of the divine Heilstrom - and it is really mandatory
to receive it regularly -, healing can occur, independently from the name of the burden or the age of the help
seeking person.

Bruno Groening says: "There is no incurable, God is the greatest doctor, nothing is impossible,
everything is possible to those who believe."

He called himself a small servant of God, a transformer with the ability of taking in a great amount of
Heilstrom and to transmit it to the help seeking person, (that means without touching the person or any other
handling or treatment). Likewise he could transmit the divine power into material things. So his photos radiate
the power which Bruno Groening carried with him at the moment of taking the picture.
For this reason I advise you to put his photo on an aching part of your body (or under your pillow, while you
sleep) . Please do not share your personal Bruno Groening photo that was sent to you with others. You can also
frame the photo and have it in front of you when you absorb this Divine energy.

Bruno Groening always invited the people not just ingenuously to believe what was said, but to convince
themselves with their own bodies of the truth. Watch out carefully if you feel the Heilstrom, if Regelungen occur
or if you just feel better after regularly taking up the energy.

In spite of all offers that Bruno Groening got, he never took any money for the fulfillment of his task. He said:
"It is not me who heals, but God heals." The only thing he asked for was a written report of the occurred
healing. Here it should be recorded in writing what kind of illness the person had suffered from and how by
following the teachings of Bruno Groening and by taking in the Heilstrom the healing had taken place. Up to this
day all cured people are called upon to document their healing in a written success report. These success
reports can help other people, who suffer the same illness, to take up faith and belief in their own healing.

After the going home of Bruno Groening in the year 1959 Mrs. Grete Haeusler, who had experienced healing of
three incurable diseases through the help of Bruno Groening, has taken on the task of leading on the work, after
she had noticed that the healing went on in spite of his “passing away”. And that Bruno Groening had held his
promise:

"When anybody calls me, I will come and help further on, as God wills."

Friends also experience a lot of help in their life (including financial healing, healing of relationships, finding
jobs) by absorbing the Heilstrom and following the teachings of Bruno Groening in their lives.

At the moment, the Bruno-Groening-Circle of Friends has about 70000 friends worldwide in 90 countries, who
gather in communities (local groups) or also through internet meetings. Friends meet in these groups to take up
the Heilstrom together. There are also many Friends in India and several communities in different parts of the
Country. We have regular internet meetings in India for those Friends who don't have a community near by. The
Heilstrom (Divine power) can be experienced in a stronger manner in such group meetings. Many help and
healing has occurred when Friends attend such Community Hrs and Conferences.

I hope that this letter has been a help for you in understanding the basic principles behind Bruno Groening and
his teaching. A teaching, which cannot be grasped with the mind, but which can be experienced by putting it
into practice.
