1. Waterproofing:

W&J chemical based concrete densifiers ensures compressive strength to your

concrete along with improving its tensile strength to ensure that the concrete

silicate paint providing unparalleled colour fastness and durability. Mineral
Paint penetrates and chemically reacts with the substrate to "petrify", otherwise
known as "silification". The result is that the cured paint forms an inorganic
structure with a very strong bond to the substrate.

Heat Proofing Methodology:

Heat Proofing is a way by which surface of a property is treated with heat absorbing chemical
layering. We manufacture these chemicals in the best and premium quality! which increases the
service lifespan and durability.
Our roof heat proofing treatment is according to international standards, it can be applied on
concrete floors, wooden floors and all kinds of metal structures as it completely reflects the
ultraviolet sun rays. It can also reduce the temperature immediately to 27°C. Our heatproofing
method reduces electric bills by 20 to 50 percent annually, due to less usage of electrical appliances
such as air conditions, coolers, fans etc.

CS1 IS PATENT TO OUR COMPANY:

We are the only company who markets this technology at Rs. 250.00 per Sq. Ft. This technology does not
require a protection layer unlike the other technologies. Therefore, the cost factor is maximized to Rs.
250.00 per Sq. Ft.

The chemical layering of the CS1 chemical manufactured by us, provides the best option because CS1
chemical mass layering can accommodate heat up to 500°C ranging up to 1700°C as its melting point is
2130°C while maintaining the room temperature to 27°C.

The mix specializes in halting the reflection and migration of heat.

Designed to be painted onto render and other unpainted masonry surfaces,

Mineral Paint penetrates and chemically reacts with the substrate to
"petrify", otherwise known as "silification". The result is that the cured
paint forms an inorganic structure with a very strong bond to the substrate.

The microporous nature of Aqua Sealers Mineral Paint allows water

vapour in the substrate to escape, improving the health of the building
facade. This breathability means moisture doesn't accumulate, so the paint
won't blister. This helps keep paint pristine when faced with rising damp,
absorbed moisture from humid environments, or wind-driven rain.

Aqua Sealers Mineral Paint is made with inorganic pigments. Because

these pigments are not vulnerable to UV radiation, they are resistant to
fading and dulling. For this reason, Aqua Sealers Mineral Paint retains
exceptional depth of colour and performance over time.
