CODE OF CONDUCT AGREEMENT

In order to protect the integrity of Arellano University, and to ensure the safety of all our players and
students when watching games, the following behavior should be strictly observed:

1.) Students should always remember that they are not just representing themselves, but the
University as well. They should behave in a way to represent Arellano University with honor,
and must demonstrate respect for their teachers, classmates, and other spectators as well.
2.) Show proper respect during ceremonies. Stand-up and sing when the National Anthem and
when the Arellano University Hymn is being played after the games.
3.) Students should watch games from those areas defined by the school. They must not display
unsportsmanlike conduct, or act in any way that could distract coaches, players, and officials
in the performance of their duties.
4.) Profane language is unacceptable at all times. Cheering should not be done in foul language
nor should it provoke negative behaviors.
5.) If the opposing team’s spectators violate the rules of proper conduct, faculty advisers must
see to it that students do not do the same. Avoid throwing any materials (coins, plastic
bottles, etc.) into the playing court and/or to the opponent’s side to avoid riot. This can also
result in being thrown out of the venue, thus actions such as these are strictly prohibited.
6.) Any Arellano University student under the influence of alcohol or drugs must not be permitted
to watch the game and will be sent back to Arellano University for sanction.
7.) Students must be in proper uniform.
8.) STUDENTS WHO ARE ATTENDING ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN THE “STUDENTS’ CODE
OF CONDUCT DURING THE GAME” AND THE WAIVER. If students are under 18, parents
are required to sign.

Students are expected to adhere to proper behavior as stated above. Any student who will violate
these guidelines will not be allowed to attend the games for the whole season.

I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT I will always act with due diligence, safety, and care endeavoring at all
times to see to it that my conduct during the entire activity shall establish, maintain and contribute to
my personal security and protection and those of the other participants of the activity.

Rules and Regulations Agreement

In light of the COVID-19 situation, there will be limitations, rules and regulations that must be strictly
followed in every game.

1.) A SCHEDULE WILL BE FOLLOWED. All campuses will be assigned to different schedules
to avoid overcrowding.
2.) ONLY THE OFFICERS OF STUDENT BODIES AND CLUBS FROM DIFFERENT
CAMPUSES ARE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE SCHEDULED GAME. As per approval of
the board, in person classes for basic education are not yet in motion. This is to avoid
preemption, but still be able to show support that is coming from the student body. (Example:
Juan Sumulong campus and the officers of each organization and club will attend Game 3;
Jose Rizal campus and the officers of each organization and club will attend game 4, so on
and so forth.)
3.) MASKS and SOCIAL DISTANCING SHOULD BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Masks must be
worn at all times during and after the game.
4.) STUDENTS AND ATTENDEES ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER THE HEALTH
DECLARATION FORM BEFORE THEY GO TO THE GAMES AND HEALTH MONITORING
SHEET AFTER THE GAMES.
5.) STUDENTS WHO ARE ATTENDING ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN THE “STUDENTS’ CODE
OF CONDUCT DURING THE GAME” AND THE WAIVER. If students are under 18, parents
are required to sign.
6.) NO HIGH FIVE-ING OF THE PLAYERS AFTER THE GAME. We understand that this has
been somewhat of a tradition after the games, however, for safety measures for all students,
staff, and players we request that this be avoided.
7.) STUDENTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN HYGIENE KIT. The kit should consist of alcohol
and soap for hand washing.

diligence, safety, and care endeavoring at all times to see to it that my participation of the entire
activity shall establish, maintain and contribute to my personal security and protection and those of
the other participants of the activity.
