1. The chairperson opened meeting at 11.00 a.m

1) Chairperson’s address
The chairperson welcomed all board to the second meeting of Dynamics Gen SDN.BHD and
thanked to all members for being present in meeting.

2) Apologies for absence

Mr. Mahmood Galanger still on sick leave while Mrs. Sarah Muhammad was on emergency
leave and Mrs. Christina Joseph was on maternity leave.

3) Minutes of the previous meeting

There was a wrong spelling of Rosli Ahmad’s name,which should be R-o-s-l-i not R-o-s-l-e-e
A-h-m-e-d. Mr. Alimi proposed that the minutes of meeting to be passed as a true record
and seconded by Mr. Imran. As there were no more amendments to be made, the
chairperson confirmed the minutes of the second meeting.
4) Date of seminar
Mr. Safwan set the date of the seminar as 1st February 2022 and get majority votes on
that dates.

5) Assign person-in-charge
Mr. Hakim assigned as registration and invitation link for the seminar, Mr. Syahmi has been
assigned as the head of the seminar, Mr. Imran was assigned to obtain sponsorship and
appreciation for the speakers after the seminar program was completed, Mr. Safwan has
been assigned as the webmaster throughout the seminar program.

6) Invitation medium
Mr. Alimi proposed to open to public the seminar and it was unanimously agreed.
Mr. Safwan proposed to invite audiences at Facebook. It was unanimously agreed too.

7) Seminar platform
Mr. Imran planned to hold a face-to-face seminar at the Hotel but it was not widely agreed
due to the recent covid-19 outbreak factor.
Mr. Hakim proposed to hold a seminar on the Zoom and Facebook platforms and it was
agreed by many after Mr. Imran's proposal was rejected.

8) Invitational speakers
Mr. Safwan suggested Dr Uthman Miqdad a computational scientist and software engineer
at Google on Applied Sciences team to be the first speaker for the seminar. Then Dr.
Aisyah Bazilah a project scientist at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) to be the
second speaker for the seminar and Professor Dr. Umar Miqdam a Professor at
Department of Computer Science in Stanford University to be the third speaker for the
seminar. Majority agreed with Mr. Safwan suggestion.

9) Any other business

Mr Safwan informed the meeting that the security system was not working properly and
Mr Alimi voluntarily wanted to be the head of security.
 10) Adjournment of the meeting
There being no further business, the chairperson adjourned the meeting at 11.00 a.m.

So, as you guys know. I have previously informed that our company, Dynamic Gen

Sdn. Bhd. is planning to hold a two-day seminar on “Artificial Intelligence.” Prior to

the seminar, the meeting held today for one and a half hours to discuss relevant issues

So, I our meeting today will begin with the trial of Mr. Irman with all due respect.
