Meeting Agenda
- Meeting discussion among working committees of Nottingham departments who will
be involved in the Championship of MASISWA Sports Selangor Zone 2018.

Meeting Discussion
1. Mr. Affendi starts his opening introduction regarding to MASISWA and pass it to
Project leader Mr. Amir.

2. Mr. Amir introduced about the event organizer, host, date and venue of the event,
expected participants and particular organizing committees who will be involve in
MASISWA event.

3. Mr. Amir says chess game will be held at the SA UG room and other games (Netball,
Badminton, Table Tennis, Football, & Frisbee) will be at the sports complex as
planned.

4. According to Mr. Affendi’s suggestion, all buses will enter through Gate 1 and exit
through Gate 2. Mr. Zuhairi and Mr. Syaiful agrees to it.

5. Mr.Affendi says event website should be design as it will be easier to update event
info & photo sharings.

6. Besides that, bunting and banner that represents UNMC should be design as well.

7. Ms.Josephine suggest emailing the sample of website content and bunting to

corporate marketing for further preparation.
 8. Mr. Affendi appoints Ms. Renuka to prepare the sample of website content.

9. Furthermore, Mr.Affendi says videographer & photographer is needed for

MASISWA event and time frame is from 9am to 9pm for the whole 2 days of event
and Ms. Josephine agrees to check out the price details.

10. According to Mr. Amir, invitation letter is ready but certain changes has to be
done. He added that MASISWA registration form is still under waiting process.

11. For event medical purpose, Mr.Amir says that multipurpose room will be the
medical room during the event in case of any injury purpose and students will be
the volunteer helper.

12. Mr.Amir will be looking for potential sponsors beginning from 1st August onwards.

13. Mr. Amir and Ms. Intan also suggest for industrial fan to be place at the field and
outdoor court.

14. Furthermore, Mr. Amir also says that the groundsmen has to make sure field line
is in good condition and electrical team from estate office has to make sure that
the electrical supply is good throughout the event.
