Operation Procedure:

1. Check desktop computer setup. Be sure that the area is clean and
dry.

2. Check computer peripherals stability; system unit, monitor,


keyboard and mouse

3. Check power cords and cables. Secure connections.

4. Wipe dust and remove unnecessary objects that will obstruct the use
of the computer.

5. Turn on AVR/UPS and then turn on the computer.

6. Use the computer carefully. Avoid downloading from unrecognized/


unsafe sites.

7. Scan and clean removable drives before using. Close the open
documents and programs and eject after use.

8. Properly shut down the computer when not in use.

9. Turn off the AVR/UPS after shutting down the computer.

10. Place keyboard and mouse properly after use.

11. To protect the desktop computer, cover it (if available).
