I already instruct my Barangay Treasurer to immediately remit or
transfer the 10% SK General Fund and stop the practice of incurring delays of
the 10% Fund of SK and immediately remit of transfer the share of SK not later
than five (5) days upon the receive of the National Tax Allotment (NTA) as
contrary to Section 3.2.3 of DBM-DILG-NYC JMC No. 1 s. 2019.

AOM NO. 2021-005 (18-20)

In response with the AOM No. 2021-005 (18-20) I will instruct my
Treasurer to submit a copies of approved purchase orders and contracts
together with their supporting documents within the period of time as the
provision of COA Circular No. 2009-001.
AOM NO. 2021-008 (18-20)
In response with the AOM No. 2021-008 (18-20) I will Instruct my
Barangay treasurer to coordinate with the Barangay Bookkeeper to reconcile
the records and prepare the adjusting entries to fairly present their financial
statements and maintain the cashbook to record all the cash transaction of the
Barangay so that the cash balance of Cash-In Local Treasury could be easily
determined at all times.
AOM NO. 2021-011 (18-20)
In response with the AOM No. 2021-011 (18-20) I will instruct my
Barangay Treasurer to prepare and submit the GPB and GAD AR within the
prescribed period to properly evaluate the relevance and effectiveness in
resolving gender issues identified by the Barangay.
