A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REVITALIZED PHILIPPINE

NATIONAL POLICE (PNP) KASIMBAYANAN (KAPULISAN, SIMBAHAN AT PAMAYANAN) OF
BARANGAY HALAYHAYIN PILILLA, RIZAL.)

WHEREAS, Book 1, Title One, Chapter 2 of the Local Government Code 1991
provides, that every local government unit shall exercise the powers expressly granted,
those necessarily implied there from, as well as powers necessary, appropriate, or
incidental for its efficient and effective governance, and those which are essential to
the promotions of the general welfare;

WHEREAS, within their respective territorial jurisdictions, local government

unit shall ensure and support, among other things, the preservation and enrichment
of culture, promote health and safety, enhance the right of the people to balance
ecology, encourage and support the development of appropriate and self-reliant
scientific and technological capabilities, improve public morals, enhance economic
prosperity and social justice, promote full employment among their residents,
maintain peace and order, and preserve the comfort and convenience of their
inhabitants;

WHEREAS, this is to adopt the Revitalized Philippine National Police (PNP)

KASIMBAYANAN a community mobilization program highlighting the synergized and
collaborate partnership of the PNP with the general public and religious sectors;

WHEREAS, the goal of a holistic transformation that involves the PNP as the
community;

WHEREAS, this Barangay continue to prioritized the general welfare of the

constituents and continue to promote and protect their physical, moral, spiritual,
intellectual and their social well-being.

NOW THEREFORE, be it Resolved as it is hereby Resolved by the Sangguniang

Barangay of Halayhayin Pililla, Rizal in Session Assembled to adopt the Revitalized
Philippine National Police (PNP) KASIMBAYANAN, a community mobilization program
