 ASSEMBLY
-Ensure that all parts (seals included) are properly clean and undamaged.
-Ensure that all rubber seals and mobile parts are greased with FRIGOMAT glycerine only
-Ensure that all parts are assembled as evidenced on the pictures
All pistons oriented as per The piston with the cage Stuffing seals on the
picture shaped OR in the centre beater (check for The gears have to rotate free

If the unit freezes-up or makes an abnormal noise:

1° if it runs freely, let this function run for 5-6

1 STOP THE UNIT and press “set” minutes.

2a If it strains and does not turn well, press

“stop” and after 25 min, repeat step1a

2 Draw the product out of the cylinder, pulling the handle for 5 seconds at intervals of
10 sec.with the handle closed, until the product coming out becomes liquid

3 Repete step 2 twice.

4 First ensure that the pump starts (step 2,4,5,7,8) and that the residual level inside
the tank is correct. Then, re-start the production mode.
