 SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

Submission of abstracts and complete papers by September 1, 2022.

The paper should contain the title, name(s) of the author(s), name and address of the
author's institution as well as the contact address of the author, abstract in English,
introduction, results with discussion, conclusion, review of the literature and possible
attachments. (TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR WRITING THE PAPER ARE
ATTACHED TO THE NOTICE)
Papers will be peer-reviewed, and the contact author will be notified of the acceptance
of the paper by e-mail.
Complete papers and abstracts should be submitted in electronic form.
Papers and abstracts should be submitted in English.

All papers are subject to review, and only papers accepted by 2 reviewers will be
published in the PROCEEDINGS after the conference, i.e. ABSTRACTS before the
conference.

REGISTRATION FEE

The participation fee is 60 convertible marks per paper.

PLACE

Bijeljina University, Pavlovića put bb, 76300 Bijeljina, Republic of Srpska, BIH (300
meters before ethno village Stanišići).

NOTES

Dear authors,

Papers that arrive after the deadline set (last deadline September 1, 2022) will not be taken into
consideration.
Papers that are not technically arranged according to the instructions and adjusted according to
the given propositions will not be taken into consideration.
Be sure to check the papers for grammatical and spelling errors.

RULES OF TECHNICAL PAPER PREPARATION

The guide for authors provides the necessary information and a template for the preparation of
papers before submitting for publication in the Proceedings. It is necessary that the authors of
the papers carefully apply the rules in order to facilitate the work in the later stages that precede
the publication of the paper.

Page size: B5 ISO (176 x 250); Margins: top/bottom 20 mm, left/right 20 mm; Layout: Header
1.25 cm, Footer 1.25 cm; Orientation: Portrait.

The paper SHOULD NOT BE LESS THAN 10 OR LONGER THAN 16 PAGES including
abstract, literature, pictures, charts and acknowledgments. Pages should not be numbered.
Exceptionally, due to the specifics of the topic, the editorial board can accept longer papers.
Papers are prepared in Microsoft Office, Word for Windows.

Font size should be 12, text Justify, written without line spacing (Line Spasing Single) with a
space of before 6pt and after 3pt between paragraphs and in the text, without indenting the first
line.

Times New Roman font should be used when writing the paper.
