COR 006-Statistics and Probability

Major Performance Task #1 (3rd Achievement Test)

General Directions:
1. The Major Performance Task 1 or 3rd Achievement Test in COR 006 will be by group. One
group must have 5-6 members. Groupings will be assigned by the subject teacher.
2. The MPT1 is worth 50 points (40 points from questions + 10 points from Peer Eval).
3. Each group must have one Task Manager who is in-charge in monitoring the collaboration of
the members in accomplishing the task and dividing the work to all group members. The Task
Manager is the one to give peer evaluation to his/her members. However, he/she is not
exempted from doing the task.
4. Every member will have questions to answer on his/her own.
5. Each PART of the MPT1 should be divided equally to all members.
6. The Major Performance Task will be done through Google Form and all members will have to
input their answers in the questions they are assigned.
7. FAILURE to follow instructions would mean MINUS 5 on the group’s final score.
8. The Major Performance Task 2 is in three parts.
I. Multiple Choice (12 questions)
II. True or False (12 questions)
III. Problem Solving (6 word problems)
