Yes,I consider myself as an active person because, everyday I help my family do the chores, I also
participate in a lot of activities whether in school or in the community with positivity in the heart. I’ve
also been playing Badminton ever since I was in 4 th grade. I lift weights sometimes, box regularly,
and enjoy riding bike everyday.
2. I am most active during weekdays because I always wake up early in the morning, then cook food
for my family, do all the house chores, exercise for an hour or more, do my modules, and ride bike
in the afternoon. And I am least active during weekdays because I can sleep how long I want, and
we always go on a road trip or sometimes at the beach to relax ourselves.
3. I think, changing to become a more active person is a big yes for me, because living a long and
healthy life requires more than just a good luck. I considered myself not be a fit person. But
becoming more active by engaging more in physical activities, eating healthy foods, and
maintaining a good and healthy lifestyle could help me to stay fit and achieve a longer and healthy
life.

Eugene White’s Model describes communication as circular and continous, with no beginning or an end.
He also described the process as sequential and cyclical, following the eight stages of oral
communication. These stages are thinking, symbolizing, expressing, transmitting, receiving, decoding,
feedbacking, and monitoring. He also points out that although we can assume that communication begins
with thinking, communication can actually be observed from any point in the model. He also introduced the
concept of FEEDBACK to the field of communication. It is the perception by the speaker about the
response of the listener. If the speaker monitors the listeners it is the only way that he/she can recieve
feedback.
SCIENCE
1. The solar system consists of the Sun, planets, dwarf planets, moons, comets, asteroids,
meteoroids, dust, atomic particles, electromagnetic radiation, and magnetic fields. Each component
of the solar system has its own specific properties. The Sun is a star that produces light and heat
energy for the solar system through thermonuclear reactions in its interior. Planets can be rocky
(Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars) or gaseous (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune). All planets
except Mercury and Venus have one or more known natural satellites (moons). The gas planets
also have ring systems. Dwarf planets can be rocky or icy or a combination of both.
2. The Sun and the planets formed together, 4.6 billion years ago, from a cloud of gas and dust called
the solar nebula. A shock wave from a nearby supernova explosion probably initiated the collapse
of the solar nebula. The Sun formed in the center, and the planets formed in a thin disk orbiting
around it. In a similar manner, moons formed orbiting the gas giant planets. Comets condensed in
the outer solar system, and many of them were thrown out to great distances by close gravitational
encounters with the giant planets. After the Sun ignited, a strong solar wind cleared the system of
gas and dust. The asteroids represent the rocky debris that remained.

1. Here in Polillo, pollution is not that worse compared to other places like Manila, that has a severe
pollution. There are different types of pollution: water pollution, air pollution, solid waste pollution
and noise pollution. All of these can be found in urban areas, including Polillo. The main sources of
pollution are household activities, factories, agriculture, and transportations. Environmental
pollution is the result of human activity and development that occurs when physical, biological and
chemical agents are released to the environment in such quantities that the pollution adversely
affects human health and damages the environment. We must take individual steps to reduce
pollution. We should decompose our wastes mindfully, we should plant more trees. Further, one
must always recycle what they can and make the earth greener.

The potential sources of pollution here in Polillio are: the burning of fossil fuels, gas emissions on
transportations, open burning of garbage waste, agricultural activities, the use of chemical and
synthetic products, improper disposal of garbage, industrial wastes, deforestation, etc. All this is
mainly caused by human activities which harm the environment in ways more than one. So that’s
why, we must take individual steps to reduce pollution. We should decompose our wastes
mindfully, we should plant more trees, we should lessen the impact of cars, we should avoid
burning leaves, trash, and other materials. Further, one must always recycle what they can and
make the earth greener.

2. In the back of our house, there is a big land full of trash. Everyday, many people throw garbage in
there. That big pile of trash became a problem to many people in our area. Some of the trash
eventually rot, but not all, in the process, some of the trash starts to smell and many people
complained about it. So that’s when the waste management is introduced to the community. Many
people chose to help and participate, to collect, transport, process, dispose, manage, and monitor
the waste materials. In this way, the garbage pollution issue has been solved with simply
community efforts. That change has brought a good influence on our environment and especially
on us. The values I am using in making such a judgement is Embracing Diversity, because our
lives are richer the more we are exposed to a full range of people and experiences, we celebrate
human diversity, and strive for the broadest representation of perspectives in all that we do. We
should remember that the garbage that we dispose improperly is the effect of the diseases and
sicknesses that we get from the polluted and the contaminated areas in our environment. People
should start to change their ways since they are also the ones who will suffer in the end. We should
remember that what we give is what we get in return, because until this day, the whole country and
even the world is suffering from the effects of the improper waste disposal. The world is still crying
and is hoping to overcome this situation from now and then. But, the government is still looking for
the right, exact, and appropriate solution to do, to erase this problem from the long lists of problems
to be solved.

1. This passage reflects a universal desire, one that exists within the deepest yearnings of every
human being. Because we have been made by God for the purpose of a relationship with God, we
have within us a desire to seek God. We yearn to know our Creator, we desire his goodness, and
we are drawn toward the purpose for which we have been made. The deepest desires of our heart
can only be fulfilled through a relationship with Him. When we believe and trust that God is the
answer, we will approach prayer with that recognition, seeking to know him and to do his will. And,
as we respond to God’s great love for us by entrusting ourselves to him, we will begin to
experience the fulfillment of our deepest desires.
2. During this difficult time, many youths still do believe in God, including myself. Even though, we do
feel a deep sense of precariousness in the face of this Covid-19 pandemic and we also realized
how fragile and vulnerable we are to outbreaks of infectious diseases, I still trust in the Lord with all
my heart and lean not on my own understanding. I always pray to Him all my concerns, hopes, and
needs because I know He genuinely cares about me, about us. And I also think that I'm not the
only one who truly believes in God. There are a lot of youths who truly believe in God, just like my
friends, schoolmates, siblings, and many more. Many of my friends still serve in the Church as
Sakristan despite the pandemic going on and some are a part of the choir, and when the
community quarantine was no longer that strict and even allowed mass gatherings, we always go
to church every Sunday for the Holy Mass and pray to God solemnly.

We point our family, friends, and neighbors to look higher than COVID-19. Our help comes from
the Lord. And through God, we remember that we are often the help he sends. We comfort those
who are depressed, discouraged, and mourning. We help and protect the weak, the disabled, the
elderly, and the frail. We should exercise patience with everyone and resist retribution and
retaliation. Simply put, we are called to pursue what is good for our family, our neighbors, for our
country, and for all.

1. We are created in God’s image and we are called to know and love Him, we who seeks God,
discovers certain ways of coming to know Him.
2. We exist because God has created us through love, and through love continues to hold us in
existence. We cannot live fully according to the truth, unless we freely acknowlegde that we love
Him and we entrust ourselves to Him, our Creator.
3. Between Creator and creature, no similitude can be expressed without implying an even greater
dissimilitude, and that concerning God, we cannot grasp what He is, but only what He is not, and
how other being stand in relation to Him.

John 6:41–51 uncovers the true motivation of the crowd following Jesus: selfishness. This passage is part
of a long dialogue where Christ clarifies the meaning of His miracles. Jesus has just explained that He,
Himself, is the ''Bread of Life'' which people are meant to seek. In response, the people complain amongst
themselves. Jesus will give further explanation of what He means by claiming to be the ''Bread of Life.''
This, as is turns out, will make the crowd even more agitated, as the people move from seeking, to
complaining, to outright argument. So that’s why, we shouldn’t let our prejudices get the better of
ourselves: assuming that we know everything about Jesus because between Creator and creature…
The Father is always drawing us into divine life, because he loves us limitlessly. He does this through
Jesus who is one like us and who tells us what the Father has in mind for us. So, there are divine Persons
busy in our lives, enabling us to become like themselves. If we live within these intimate relationships we
are already sharing in eternal life.
