If you were the president of the Republic of the Philippines, how would you handle the
pandemic that we are facing right now?

A. UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM:

It is a virus that has taken the world by storm with its infectious disease. Corona virus is a contagious
disease that affects a person's respiratory system. This virus resembles a crown because of its halo of
spiked proteins on the surface. This is a newly discovered disease that risks people's health which could
possibly lead to death. If you are infected with this virus, you may experience symptoms that could
either be mild or moderate.

It showed here the population of the Philippines and categorize it into three classes with the
data representing it as a percentage. The lower class with the least wealth and power in society
while the middle class is the class between the upper and lower classes including professional
and business workers and their families. However, the upper class is the group with the
greatest wealth and power in society. With the help of this table, I will be able to
systematically distribute properly all the vaccines and also it will make it easy to know the
numbers of people according to their level of classes.

It represents in the table the three different types of vaccine and these are the Sinovac Vaccine which
developed by the Chinese company Sinovac Biotech that has been phase III clinical trials Brazil, Chile,
Indonesia, the Philippines, and Turkey that can see in the public sector because it is affordable for the
distribution of the free vaccines. Second is the AstraZeneca Vaccine that developed for Oxford University
and the Pfizer Vaccine that has 97 percent effective in preventing Covid-19 and these two vaccines find in
the public sector.

The first I must do to carry out the plan is to implement Travel Ban here in the Philippines. The
second is to know the population of the citizens here in the Philippines by making statistical data
so that it can easily count every people that has a chance to take a vaccine. The third is to get a
different type of vaccine that applicable to the different types of classes. When the vaccine is
here in the Philippines the government should distribute the vaccine in the two types of sectors
which are the local government that includes the public hospital and clinic while private sectors
are only for the citizen who afford to go to private hospitals and clinics.

D. VERIFICATION:

To ensure that the solution is effective is first, all the plans carried out well by knowing that the
solution is consistent to solve the problem.
Second is that the solution must help the people.
Third it support to limit the spread of the virus.
Fourth is that all concerns are addressed.
Lastly is that the solution can feasibly done.
