1. What act of Mercy do we intend to do about the topic (Christian identity)?

- Our group decided to execute a short event for children from Buliran, Cabanatuan City, with series of fun and exciting
activities such as feeding program, construct activities and games for them to enjoy, teach children about the five ways of
living a Christian Identity, and giving gifts to children at the end of the mini-event.

2. Where to do the Act of Mercy, make a survey profile and proper observation?

- Buliran, Cabanatuan City.

3. When to do altogether Act, be sure you apply SMART, specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time bound?

- The said mini event will be conducted on the 3rd of December, 2022, Saturday.

4. Who will benefit or receive it, be biblical the poorest and the most vulnerable, the least the lost and the displaced?

- Less fortunate children in Buliran Cabanatuan City

5. How much we will share, Love pledge, offering, and own money will help if there is unity?

- Our group decided to donate clothes and school supplies to the children from Buliran, Cabanatuan City. The agreed
contribution or Love Pledge for this Plan, Act of Mercy is 200 pesos.

6. How many beneficiaries will target, individual or group?

- Our group decided to target a group of children, estimated to be at least 35+ children that are around 7-15 years old.

7. How many places or groups of people are your targets if it is secure and to ask for the support of barangay officials with the official
letter?

- We decided to gather the less fortunate children in one place at Buliran Cabanatuan City.

8. How many tasks group do we need to organize, food assistance, Marshall, food, and grocery marketing?

- The Target Goal Objective of the Group 6 cell group is to provide knowledge to the children about the words of God and to
make them realize the beauty of life having God as the center of their living.

10. Give or State our Aim why do we compel to do an act of mercy?

- The group 6 cell group members aim to help those who are less fortunate and teach them about the five ways of living a
Christian Identity and its importance to our lives.

- December 3, 2022

12. Who will make an official Letter, When to send it in person?

- Franchezka Nicole Baquiring will make an official letter of the Act of Mercy that will be sent to the Barangay Captain of
Buliran, Cabanatuan City.

13. Who will pray?

- Franchezka Nicole Baquiring will start the program with an opening prayer. On the other hand, Allen Alvaran will end the
program with a closing prayer.

- Marie Joy Vergara will read one bible verse to the children.

- Jessica Amor Diego will share a short Message of God.

- All members will sing a song during the Act of Mercy.
