Which Are a Priority or Needs Attention?
• Self Awareness
– Monitor things you are doing each day or week – ask
yourself why do you do them?
– Make a list to identify what you spend time on.
– Reflect on how your feel right now – work on being
aware of your moods as they happen. Write the
moods down.
– Consider a mood daily journal: write each mood
followed by what was happening at that time
– Consider doing your own SWOT of your self awareness
and discuss with friends and family
