Purpose
The purpose of this kit is to provide a lock down
bracket to prevent tray 3 or 4 length guide from
moving out of position when the trays are closed.
Kit Contents

1 HD Tray Stop 1
2 Screw 2
Note: Inform customer that when the kit is installed,
the maximum length paper the tray will accept will
be 11”.

Procedure:
__ 1. Switch off the power and disconnect the
power cord.
__ 2. Remove either Tray 3 or 4.
__ 3. Set tray guides to the 11” position.
__ 4. Install the lock down block from the bottom of
the tray:
A. Ensure the tray is set at 11” and the rack
gear is not damaged. Adjust if necessary.
B. Remove and discard the inboard length
guide mounting screws.
C. Install the HD Tray Stop, the step on the
stop fits into the hole in the frame. Fig 1 & 2
D. Use the replacement screws from kit to
secure the block. Fig 3
E. Reinstall the tray into the machine.

__ 5. Reconnect the power cord, turn on machine

and check for proper operation.
