*Problem: A change to interlock switch can lead to the interlock

actuator slipping off the interlock switch plunger. This can cause
a tray open message and/or intermittent misfeeding.

*Products: OHCF and Iridesse Internal PPR Trays *Cause: The change was due to RoHS
considerations and switch availability.
*Date: June21, Update Nov21
*Solution 1: Order and install 655N00645 per instructions
*Subject: Interlock Mis-Actuation Fix attached to the Eureka Tip. There are enough parts to upgrade
2 OHCF or 2 PPR Tray actuators.
*Eureka Tip #: 1464089 for OHCF and 1464058 for Iridesse
*Repair Location Recommendation:

*New Part Numbers: 655N00645 for both Iridesse PPR

Trays and OHCF. 655N00655 (OHCF Only). *Solution 2: Order and install the new ElemX 3D printed
aluminum kit 655N00655 per instructions. There are enough
parts to upgrade 2 OHCF actuators. This kit is even easier to
install.
