COVID-19 will reshape the world. No one knows when this pandemic will end, but
by the time it does, the world will look differently.

Background Information: The corona virus pandemic affected people’s lives as it

changed how they work, play and learn. Several people were asked to work from
home and many sport leagues got cancelled. Unemployment rates has increased
due to this global pandemic, which caused depression due to lack of income. In
addition, quarantine and social distance left a psychological impact

Controversy: The corona virus was detrimental as it changed people's lives in

several ways, and it left a huge damage however it may improve connection
between people.

Thesis statement: This Global pandemic was detrimental as it affected the world
economically, mentally and socially.

Pro-argument/ Supporting Claim: Across major economies, unemployment rates

has increased due to the corona virus pandemic and the lockdown.

Evidence: As a result of the public health response to the COVID-19 pandemic,

unemployment grew sharply in all regions of the United States. But in some
nations, between February and June, the unemployment rate increased by less
than 5 percentage points, while in others, the rate increased by more than 10
percentage points.

led to unemployment, increasing the level of drug and alcohol usage and isolation.
