Terms & Conditions

1. Travel details, requests for airport transfers or any other special requests
should be submitted to Karma Concierge at least 14 working days prior to
check-in.
2. Subject to a minimum of 30 days notice being given a full credit of any
booking related fees, entitlements used or monies paid towards all inclusive
offers will be kept in credit for future Odyssey transactions. Cancellation of a
reservation less than 30 days prior to check in will result in the loss of all
monies paid/entitlements used. Reservations confirmed against special
promotional offers are subject to the terms and conditions against which the
booking has been confirmed.
3. Rebooking fees may apply when requesting changes to confirmed bookings.
4. Although Karma Concierge does not organize visas or other matters
pertaining to travel, a letter may be issued upon request for visa purposes.
5. The Resorts reserve the right to ask for a security deposit upon check in or
alternatively to levy a fee on checkout to cover damages or inappropriate
usage of the apartments.
6. Tax and or Service related charges are applicable at some of the Karma
Properties. This is payable on check in.
7. It is mandatory that members/guests follow the swimming pool rules and use
appropriate swimming attire as set by the Resort Management.
8. The Management reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation in
the unlikely event that space is unavailable at the reserved resort.
9. Children up to the age of 10 count for total occupancy permitted per
apartment / unit.
10. The owner of the membership against which this reservation has been
confirmed warrants that all Management Charges and membership
related fees of any description are paid up-to-date at the time of
confirming the booking. Entry to the resort may be refused if arrears are
not settled.
11. Please carry either your passport, or other valid ID to present at reception
together with this Confirmation letter (duly signed, confirming that you
have understood & accept the Terms & Conditions as outlined) upon
check-in. The Resort reserves the right to refuse admission to guests not
properly identified and who do not carry a signed Confirmaton Letter.
12. Requests for specific units are subject availability at the time of arrival on
the check-in day.
13. The maximum permitted occupants in the apartments/units are: Studio /
Hotel Unit: 2 adults and 1 child up to the age of 10, One bedroom
apartment: 4 adults and 2 children up to the age of 10, Two bedroom
apartment: 6 adults and 2 children up to the age of 10 & Two bedroom
Combination apartment: 8 adults and 4 children up to the age of 10.
14. This confirmation is subject to the Government guidelines governing the
Covid19 pandemic. The Karma Group will endeavour to replace, extend
or offer alternative dates and or Resort, should this holiday not be able to
be availed off, due to the present situation with the Covid 19 and any
and all present and future measures imposed by the Government
