[Queenly Events] was founded by [Estella Mariz Monterde]. We are well-known for
our innovative and inspirational event planning concepts and designs. Since 2022, we
have been organizing company and business events, weddings, christening, debuts,
birthdays, bridal showers, government-sponsored events, and many more. With [Queenly
Events], planning and execution of events are now hassle-free yet affordable.

Scope of Work
We got your product launching event covered. We will deploy organizers and
coordinators who will be at your service, from the commencement until the completion,
with the following tasks:

 Provide audio/visual designs and presentations and photography services.

 Execute and organize budget planning services, and entertainment and recreational
activities.
 Organize decor and event theme selections.
 Provide event operations and logistics, and onsite management services.
 Create a creative and unique food menu and event invitations.

Terms and Conditions

This event proposal comes with the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms
The client must pay 50% of the total contract price after the signing of the
contract. The client will pay the remaining balance within 10 working days after
the event.

2. Confidentiality
Upon receiving this proposal, the client understands that all information herein is
deemed confidential. Therefore, the client must not disclose any information
concerning this proposal, including the company information of [Queenly
Events].

3. Cancellation
The client may approve this proposal but for as long as there is no service
agreement, this proposal can be canceled anytime.
