Founded originally on a part-time basis, Jonny Décor and Event Planners is a small business
designed to meet the needs of the ever changing social world. Sabo GRA Layout, Kaduna south
of Chunkun Local government area of Kaduna state is the current home with plans to expand to
branch offices within four years to other states in Nigeria with better strategies put on Ground.

Jonny Décor and Event Planners’ staff of four, with numerous contract vendors, plans events,
writes event-planning products, and trains area students in the art of event planning.

limits of Kaduna state Nigeria. It is a home-based business. Most meetings with clients are
conducted in social settings, such as restaurants, coffee houses, the client’s home, facilities
wishing to be used for the event, or over the phone.

Although the demand has not yet reached its peak, Jonny Décor and Event Planners will
eventually move from its home base into a small office complex, also within the city limits of
Kaduna State covering Sabon main town and the Barnawa axis were occasion is regular on daily
bases.

branch offices in Zaria, Kachia, Kano,and Gonigora axis, kaduna, Kano, Abuja, and Nasarawa

books. The events available include birthdays for all ages, meetings, retreats, parties, vacations,
and special occasion celebrations such as graduations, holidays, showers, weddings, and

community and the state, it is our mission to support our community in creating a community of
employment among the youth to empower and encourage young men and girls to be self
employed. Ten hours each month will be devoted to training area students in event planning.

This will aid them in planning proms, graduation parties, river clean-ups, homecoming, and other

Just like in consulting business, hourly billing for event planning / event management
services is also a long – time tradition in the industry. However, for some types of event
planning / management services, flat fees make more sense because they allow clients to

will charge our clients both flat fee and hourly billing as long as it favors both parties.

Jonny Décor and Event Planners, we will keep our fees below the average market rate for all
of our clients by keeping our overhead low and by collecting payment in advance. In
addition, we will also offer special discounted rates to start – ups, nonprofits, cooperatives,
and small social enterprises.

We are aware that there are some clients that would need regular access to event planning
consultancy and advisory services and assistance, we will offer flat rate for such services that
will be tailored to take care of such clients’ needs.

from family members N 250,000) and we are at the final stages of obtaining a loan facility of N
600,000 from our bank. All the papers and document has been duly signed and submitted, the
loan has been approved and any moment from now our account will be credited.

Our key sustainability and expansion strategy is to ensure that we only hire competent
