4.0 GSP (Girl Scouts of the Philippines) / BSP (Boy Scouts of the Philippines) Coordinator The GSP and
BSP Coordinators are tasked to supervise the Girl Scout and Boy Scout Programs in the School. He/She
supervises the scout leaders, teachers and pupils in the Elementary, and coordinates with the class
advisers, subject area teachers, councils in Cebu City and Lapu-Lapu City. Specifically he/she: 1.
organizes committees for Girl Scouting/ Boy Scouting programs/activities:

1.1 prepares and designs the scouting activities In consultation with the Grade Lwel teachers/classroom
advisers and/or the Pre-school teachers, and implements them upon the recommendation of the head
and approved by the assistant;

1.2 formulates objectives ๙ the GSP/BSP scouting program and

1.3sets a plan of action translated into specific activities and schedules in accordance with objectives set
in cooperation with all Grade Level teachers.

2. supervises and guides the GSP/BSP scouters in all activities to ensure their safety and well-being:

4.1 Computer Coordinator


Under the supervision of the EMDCSFI President and in coordination with the respective Principals and
the School's Administrative Assistant, the computer coordinator/chair organizes the computer
instructional program, maintains computer units and facilities of the computer laboratory, and
supervises other computer teachers, advisers, subject area teachers and other coordinators when using
the computer laboratory room. He/She is also considered as the Computer Controller.

A. As Coodinator/Chair of the Computer Laboratory, he/she:

supervises teachers who are teaching computers and those pre- school/graders/high school during their
hands-on activities:

prepares and sorts out diskettes according to use:

supervises those teachers who express their desire to use computer laboratory for encoding the
periodical exam and/or making grades;

Coordinates with the President/VPAA and/or the Office of the recommendation addressed to the
EMDCSFI, endorsed by the principal.

B. As an Encoder and Program Designee he/she:

designs and encodes school programs and activities in consultation with the other teachers, and/or
President/VPAA:

encodes school communication to parents and reports to be submitted to the administration when
requested by the Principal or administration:

designs computerized materials for stage decoration as requested by teachers in

consultation with the Grade Level Teachers and High School, with the approval of the EMDCSA
President/Principal;

designs and encodes press releases, fliers, programs, certificates and etc. for academic and non-
academic activities as requested by teachers in consultation with the Grade Level Advisers, with the
approval of the EMDCSFI President and/or Principal:

4 checks from time to time all computers in the laboratory, faculty room and in all EMDCSI offices where
computers are set-up for any damage that need repair or for any new computer installation;

Secretary: He or She is a school secretary. She/He has to:

assist the Principal and the School Board in all school matters.

see to it that the office, dining and the office of the Principal are free of clutters and keep the kitchen
and the office in general clean before leaving in the

etc) before leaving the office at 5 RM. if there are still people around the office after five, these people
should be properly instructed:

Inspect all doors/exits before leaving in the afternoon.
