in North Kalimantan, there is potential for hydropower up to 9 GW, development of hydropower will be made on a
demand basis. If the PLTA in North Kalimantan is developed by the private sector, then the risk of demand
uncertainty can result in losses for PLN as an off-taker. then the buy-sell option with a take-and-pay scheme is the
right option so that the burden and risk of demand uncertainty is not borne by PLN.

The plan to move the national capital has been announced by the president in 2019. The government targets the master plan for the construction
of a new capital city to be completed by the end of 2020. The estimated need for IKN is 800 MW, currently the electricity load is 15.89 MVA, the
current electricity demand is supplied from the Petung 90 MVA substation. the needs of this IKN will be supplied from the Kalseltengtimra system.
