Given the testing practices you have learned from your interview of the teachers, write

AS FUTURE TEACHERS to improve your teaching:
encouraging students who need attention, assisting them in correcting their mistakes, and
discussing the reasons for their incompetence. I'll figure out the reasons myself, and finding
confidence in them, motivating them to tackle even more complex problems with
enthusiasm. When a teacher assists students in identifying the root cause of their errors, it
helps them change their thought process and prevents them from making further errors.
We all understand that not every child will benefit equally from the instruction
and curriculum, and that some might need a little extra assistance or a different
learning strategy. Making everything pertinent to each individual student is all that is
required of us in order to accomplish the goals of the curriculum and uphold our duty
as educators. I should learn strategies that will make my students more engaged
while also being aware of their interests because teaching from memory makes a
dreamer's soul soar higher. Real-world examples, applying fresh strategies, and
incorporating evaluation tools into the exercises to identify the activities' virtues and
shortcomings. You can educate people more effectively by making an effort to meet
their needs.
