MESSAGE FROM THE
SECRETARY GENERAL
Speak. Conquer. Lead.

Dear Participants,
On behalf of my entire Secretariat, it is my absolute
honour to invite you all to the 5th Edition of the Ryan
Young Leaders’ Model United Nations Conference
Since the first-ever edition of our conference, the
Secretariat has worked harder each year to bring
worldwide issues to a platform on which they can be
discussed freely to raise awareness through the
community and to provide the highest-quality
conference, no matter the circumstances. Our goal has
always been to challenge and support young leaders
by providing them with an opportunity to discuss real
issues with an emphasis on fostering the values of
effective leadership in our ever-changing world.

RYLMUN has always been a source of constant

learning and has fascinated me deeply, ever since I
first heard about it. Therefore, being able not only to
participate in it but also to organize it with my team is
an honour I will never be too grateful for. Leading such a prestigious and impactful conference is
sure to be an immense undertaking, and I hope to do so with as much enthusiasm, wisdom, and
support as I can while following in the great legacies left behind by the previous editions.

In keeping with our objectives, we look forward to opening our doors to the hundreds of students
whom each year reinforce a diversity of thought through constructive, thought-provoking
discussions. RYLMUN, following its objectives, will continue to mentor delegates in leadership,
diplomacy, and cooperation and serve as an opportunity for all to engage with our consequential
educational mission, and will serve as a trendsetter for best practices in Model UN conferences
across the country.

I look forward to your active and vital participation on the 22nd & 23rd of July 2022!

Yours Faithfully,

Ryan Young Leaders’ Model United Nations Conference 2022
ABOUT US Speak. Conquer. Lead.
Model United Nations, also known as Model UN or MUN, is an educational simulation in
which students can learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United
Nations. At a MUN conference, students work as the representative of a country,
organization, or person, and must solve a problem with other delegates from around the
world. MUN teaches participants skills like research, public speaking, debating, writing
skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership. Ryan International Group of
Institutions was one of the first educational groups in India to start practicing MUN
among the students.

It gives us immense pleasure to welcome you all to RYLMUN'22. Every individual

delegate is welcomed from the core of our heart, we know you all would be a part of our
endeavor to make this edition a grand success. RYLMUN has been hosting a chain of
editions since its inception in 2015. Since our maiden edition, the significance and
popularity of the conference have grown exponentially, hosting esteemed personalities
to conduct resourceful workshops, deliberating about global concerns for 2 entire days
with representatives of other nations, adding them with celebrations together through
music and dance amidst smiles.

With a very rich legacy behind us, RYLMUN looks forward to being organized with
more devoted enthusiasm and participation than ever before taking into account each
success and looking out to ameliorate and uphold the very spirit of a united world.

TESTIMONIALS
Speak. Conquer. Lead.
Ryan Young Leaders’ Model United Nations has been one of the most
important events of my life. From a kid who didn’t know a word about
MUNs, to debating about international issues, was a journey that Ryan
International School took me through. Organizing RYLMUN’18 was a big
task in our hands. After a break of 2 years, a team, with very little
experience in organizing anything, was told to organize an event of 250
people in 5 months.

We had to do a lot, in a very less period. But with help of our teachers and
management’s support, we were able to organize one of the best MUNs in
Delhi NCR. Lastly, I’d like to thank all of my teachers and my juniors, for
making the perfect team for a perfect MUN.

Ryan Young Leader's MUN 2019, the time of pure happiness and
excitement!
I remember being a part of this very prestigious conference as the
delegate of Myanmar in the UNHCR Committee. It was one of the first
MUNs that I ever attended, considering that, my experience here with
people was extremely comfortable and I was able to adapt!

Also, the Executive Board and the OC were so very nice, they solved all
my queries and were supportive figures throughout! And of course, it
helped me improve my communication skills, confidence, and oratory.
Plus, the food was good!
