What do you think are the factors that will make your community plan work and factors that will make it difficult?

Participation - some people are shy, lazy, and uninterested.

Leadership - poor or ineffective leadership, particularly when there is a lack of communication, can be especially
devastating, destroying trust and credibility among community members.
Attitude- just because community members willing participate and have a genuine interest in community
development doesn't mean that their attitude will match. People do things that they don't necessarily like all the
time, usually out of necessity, duty, morality, or other influence.
Errors - people are, well, human. They're not perfect beings and they're going to make mistakes at some point.

What are the factors that made this project a success? How was it a factor?

Intelligent People - to make a project a success, you need capable people in your team.
Comprehensive Planning - having a detailed plan sets the ball rolling in favor of project success from the start.
This starting step in the project allows a realistic time frame to be created. It gives accurate time for cost
estimations to be produced and also helps in clear documentation of milestones and deliverables, which will make
things much easier as the project progresses.
Open Communication - when the team is working on a specific schedule, it is important that the team remains
well-informed in every aspect of the project. Also, learn when to say no.
