The research is designed on descriptive analysis and quantitative approaches that
provided the research with enriching and fully-detailed information that allowed it to reach the effective results. The research has also complied with ethical requirements required by the International Research Ethics Board and was approved for implementation. Ethical Guidelines. Project details. The collection of data was made between the 3rd week of September until the 2nd week of October. The method used for the study was replicated from a past research and has also been approved by the advisor of the researchers. The researchers have had prior experience with research and among the researchers, some have already unpublished research. The researchers were also supervised by a Certified Public Accountant who specializes in the topic. The data was collected from the accounting department of the large enterprises during the specified period for data collection. The findings of the research underwent a defense on the 3rd week of October. Once approved, the research was submitted to the library of Xavier University for open access to the public. The participants were notified firsthand about the findings of the study as soon as it passed the defense. Before beginning the survey, the companies were informed beforehand about the study and were notified at least 3 days before with a notification letter (see attachment). Each participant was given a form of consent and fully informed about the research being conducted. The number of participants surveyed was 40 and taken from the accounting department with at least 1 head accountant and, if available, 1-2 staff accountants of the large enterprises. The age range of the participants is 21 years old and above.
