2nd week report

Monday
AS I start my work in the second week fully after integrating
myself with the construction site, the reinforcement of the slab
already prepared and ready for being constructed today the
beam was constructed by 20 mm diameter and the stripe was
10 mm diameter was laid out.
The mash of the slab was done with 5mm gap b/n the 10mm
diameter positive bar and the 1/3 of the negative bar and had a
spacer b/n the plane wood.
TUESDAY
No activities were done on this day
WEDNESDAY
As formwork was ready on our site there are different size of
column by their size for filling the concrete I saw how to
calculate for order concrete.
EX: Footing 1 column 1 = 1.1*1.1*2.58=3.12M3 by this method
I calculated for all columns by their LXWXH then I ordered how
much we need it for filling our columns.
I try to ask our office engineer MS file to know how many
labour can be participated or work but on the file there is no
information on the resource sheet as I learned last semester we
wright on the resource sheet how many materials we used for
each activity or manpower.
When fill up start the daily labor by using vibrator machine mix
very well as the concrete need. But before the mixer truck
came to the all setup well be prepared to fill up well.

Friday
The concrete was fill up in to the column in the previous days
the column has gained the compressive strength after 16hrs
after that they removed all the formworks part [like plywood,
morale, profile boards..] from the column very carefully
because all material will reuse at least 2 or 3 times and clean
the area after that I was there to check if there is any crack or
segregation on the column as I have attached the picture down
below we observed that segregation was occurring on the
lower part of the structure and we immediately notify that to
the site manager so that they can take corrective actions to
fully obtain the desired level of the building strength and
aesthetic value.
