NOTIFICATION

It is for information of all the concerned that Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak
shall be conducting the Written Examination for recruitment of Medical Officers for the Health Department,
Government of Haryana against the advertised posts on 06.02.2022 (Sunday) between 12.30 PM to 02.00
PM. The question paper for this examination shall be consisting of 100 multiple choice questions of one
mark each. Each question shall have four choices, out of which one shall be the correct answer. There will be
no negative marking. The distribution of the questions in the question paper booklet for the above mentioned
examination shall be as mentioned under:

4. Community Medicine with emphasis on practical aspects and National 20
Health Programs
5. General awareness 10

Each candidate shall be provided a question paper booklet of either of the four series code i.e. A, B,
C & D. The answer sheet shall be OMR based and consisting of two copies. The examinee appearing in the
Written Examination must hand over back the question paper booklet and the first copy of the OMR answer
sheet to the invigilator on duty at the end of examination. The second copy of the OMR answer sheet can be
retained by the candidate with him/her.
The calendar of events depicting important timeline for the above mentioned examination shall be as
follows:

2. 3rd of February, 2022 Issuing of admit cards to the registered applicants.
3. 6th of February, 2022 Conducting of the written examination followed by uploading of
question paper booklet of each series code along with the respective
answer keys.
4. 7th to 9th of February, Provision for lodging any objection, if so, with respect to the answer
2022 key of any question, with the Office of the Controller of Examinations,
Pt. B. D. Sharma, University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, till 05:00 PM
on 9th of February, 2022, on the email ID coe@uhsr.ac.in, only.
An objection raised by a candidate through any means, other than
the above mentioned email ID shall not be entertained by the
University.
5. 10th of February, 2022 Any objection, if so, received pertaining to the answer key of any
question shall be assessed by an expert committee constituted for
addressing the grievances.
6. 11th of February, 2022 Uploading of the final answer key.
7. 12th of February, 2022 Declaration of the result of the written examination.
